UPDATE December 2016:

I continue to be amazed and flattered by the attention my stories here are receiving, and the fact that I'm still getting new followers 4 years after I last posted fanfic. (Where does the time go?)

I just wanted to stop in to let you all know that I've more or less abandoned in favor of AO3 (username squirenonny). I haven't really written any new Harry Potter fic since leaving this site (though I do still have my old documents with outlines and partially written fics, including one completed oneshot that somehow never got posted.) I may someday return to HP, but in the meantime if you're interested in Voltron: Legendary Defender or any of Brandon Sanderson's works (Mistborn, The Stormlight Archive, ect) I have a bunch of fics on my AO3 profile.

I've started to move my Marauder's Era fics over there, so if you want to keep up with me, head to AO3 or find my on Tumblr @squirenonny.

A Note on the Companions: While some chapters of each companion could be read as independent oneshots, they are intended to be read together with the main series. There are two ways you can do this: (1) Read the main series. When author's notes at the end of a chapter indicate a corresponding entry in a companion, go read it. (2) Read the main series. At the end of each story/year, read all the entries in each collection, up to and including the summer interlude. Proceed with next story in main series.

Of course, you can enjoy the main series without reading any of the collections just fine. But the main series follows James almost exclusively, and there are some things that the others see/do/think that deserve to be told.
