Author has written 6 stories for Call of Duty, and Strike Witches. Hello, everyone. This is Bucue, fiction writer and crafter of the written word reporting for duty. Current Projects: Witches Rangers and the 141. (Call of Duty and Strike Witches Crossover) A Strike Witches/Call of Duty Crossover: Set in between the Second Season of Strike Witches and Just during the events of Loose ends in Modern Warfare 2. A sort of AU for both series. A story where the fates of both realities intertwine, with COD soldiers facing the Neuroi threat and adjusting to both witches and magic for the first time and with witches having to face a futuristic world embroiled in human on human warfare. While at the same time a schism between the Neuroi is fast reaching it's peak, two factions within unable to find consensus; with one faction vying for peace and unity with humanity, the other driven by single-minded survival for their kin. When the worlds change, along with assistance from the experimental 78th Tame Witches Combined Reserve Squadron and aid from defectors of the Neuroi show themselves this will assuredly change things forever for the Witches and the soldiers of both worlds. In progress, currently taking a hiatus. How to write a Strike Witches Fanfic A comprehensive guide on how to write a good Strike Witches Fanfic. I started this project due to the PM's I have received from authors asking how they can go about writing a Strike Witches Fic so I decided to write this guide to help young, inexperienced or struggling fanfic writers in crafting the 10% worth dying for. I hope it serves my fellow writers and fans of Strike Witches well. Currently in progress: Chapters 1-7 out of 20 complete. The Forsaken Daughter (Strike Witches Short Story) A short story following the difficult life of Ludwiga Krupke. A witch born to the Krupke family, holding a proud military tradition and well known both for it's soldiers, officer and Generals and of it's contempt for witches. Thrust into the second Neruoi war we will see her grow from a small child into a young woman, but her growth as both a person and as a witch will be etched in pain; she will struggle with her training, her battles, the loss of comrades, the hatred of her father, the stigma of her family... even having to endure what few girls could endure. In this hardship she will grow strong, but one question will remain in her mind: why does her father dislike witches so much? And why does he hate her so deeply? Could the answers to both her fathers hatred of her and the mastering of her powers lie in an ancient book hidden in the basement of her family illustrious estate? And will she ever find someone who will love her; a princess to give her heart and devote her life to? Will this princess accept her, despite all her damage? We shall see the journey of a girl who will become magically the strongest witch in the 78th Tame Witches. Completed Projects: Himegoes of the 78th Tame Witches (Strike Witches Fan IOC Himegoes) Himegoe styled interviews of the 78th Tame Witches. Provides a small sample of the witches that make up this OC witch unit, introducing their each member of the 78th. An experimental witch unit consisting of an Air Infantry and Land battle component of witches working together in battle to test the viability of a Combined Witch Unit. Readers will get to see a glimpse into the girls of the 78th and these himegoes will serve as the ground-work for some short stories and one shots featuring the 78th. All Himegoes complete. Chain of Command (Strike Witches One Shot) A lengthy one shot of Clotilda Marwick's life as a witch prior to becoming the Commanding Officer of the 78th Tame Witches. Brief look into the life of the Captain of the 78th, her growth as a military witch, an unwanted rivalry from glory seeking comrade, and the painful trial that helped forge and hone her talents and leadership abilities as a Liberion Army Air Force... and the lessons and words of wisdom she will grow to remember and hold onto. Posted but currently undecided status Projects: Released "Love Faraway" consisting of modern witches fighting the Neuroi in the middle east and the romance between a Two Faraway Land Witches: One a land battle witch (AKA Tank witch) and the other an Air Infantry witch. Undetermined if just a one shot fic or a potential short story. Future Projects: Lead, Lasers and Magic Sequel fic to take place chronologically after WR141 soon after the events in the first story. Set during the Strike Witches Movie in terms of timeline. Both the Strike Witches World and the COD world slowly come to terms with each others existence as the people of both worlds must learn to live life with both realities conjoined at the hip. Warriors of mundane arms and the witches of magic must contend with human terrorists and army's still bitter in the COD world and from people who may see the witches as enemy's to destroy for reasons immeasurable while our heroes are trying to keep the witches world safe from the horrors of human on human warfare while still fighting the Neuroi. A radical hate group in the COD verse has begun to target witches, eliciting outcry from the peoples and soldiers of both worlds, and judgement from both soldiers and witches come swiftly and violently. Meanwhile the Neuroi schism has grown, with both factions now engaged in full and open civil-war while a third faction of Neuroi decides to take over where the Collective and Mediators both failed only wants to be left alone by all, alien anarchists choosing to live freely as they wish. However, an ancient threat looms beyond the veil of space: an ancient malevolent force responsible for casting the beings known as Neuroi upon the universe: the enigmatic aliens gripped by a fear ingrained, their ancient enemy; a timeless destroyer of worlds and consumer of souls has found them at last. Will the peoples of both Earth's and the Neuroi be able to come together and succeed in destroying the pure embodiment of malevolence itself? Anger, Sorrow and Forgiveness Short story that is set between Lead, Lasers and Magic and before Honor, duty and Comrades. Having won a historic victory against a force of the universe itself the worlds are still far from peace. Although the peoples of humanity in the COD world still have loose ends to tie up amongst itself both they and the people of the witches world now must put to trial the Neuroi who marched upon them. The faction who sought peace humbly await their fates, as do a large number of their alien kin who have their eyes open also await judgment. However, the old guard amongst humans and Neuroi both amongst their own species and against their alien peers hold strong to their grievances. Frustrated and exhausted but undeterred, our heroes of mundane arms, magic and lasers must now fight to break the cycles of anger, hatred, revenge and death amongst Humanity of the COD verse, the Neuroi's fractured kin, and bridge the divide between the two species. Honor, Duty and Comrades Quadquel story to take place after Lead lasers and Magic, set in the WR141 verse after the events of the previous stories. At long last the Two Earths now face an era of prosperity and relative peace, with it's inhabitants having only to contend with stubborn terrorists and militia; relics of the old guard that refuse to seek change, as well as PMC's, Cooperate military arms seeking profit who have gotten too greedy, and militarized criminal empires driven by greed and depravity. Yet another hate group has now arisen: this time targeting the recently reformed Neuroi race; kindred of the core being targeted in terrorist attacks in broad daylight regardless of the individual Neuroi's past, and is slowly gaining an ever growing following of members. Humanity of both worlds and the Neuroi themselves contend with the challenges of peace time and are charged with keeping the peace. Striker Technology has become highly advanced, colonization of other planets has been progressing and mundane humans, witches and Neuroi now try to work together to prosper and life seems to slowly but surely improve for the better; represented in technologies that can blend the best of Mundane technology, magic-tech and Neuronium platforms. But in one of the realities a small group of alien craft arrives over the planet eliciting both humanity and the Neuroi to go forth and discover the origins and intentions of the ships and their crews. To their surprise the run down ships are filled with sickly refugees from another galaxy, an alliance of four races lead by an elfin-alien princess who fights alongside her people and beloved by her subjects: a people fleeing from a race of war mongering conquerors driven by visions of grandeur and superiority through the fires of conquest and barbarity. Although the soldiers of the two earths prepare to defend these pitiable people and fight a new enemy, and while of the four races that have become their charges and against their new enemy; humanity and Neruoi hold fast and show their mastery of the art's of war and combat and show their mettle as true soldiers of the craft of martial action... and yet despite this; they couldn't even fathom the horrendous weapons and abilities of this new enemy and the dire threat they pose in particular to witch kind; this new enemy that seeks to enact their power and will upon the universe, enslaving the conquered and savagely destroying the defiant. The battles grow increasingly dire and difficult for the soldiers of both Earth's. Will our hero's succumb to the flames of war? A chance at salvation will be found in a power that will come to unite all soldiers in heart, mind, body and soul; but can they master it before this new enemy destroys them all? Will the skill and experience and the unyielding, indomitable spirit of humanity, it's witches and it's fellow Earthling's of the Storm, the Neruoi; be enough to Liberate the innocent held under the yoke of slavery and tyranny at the hands of a savage empire from across the stars? Will they be able to defeat this massive and unrelenting empire? Will this new, unifying power be enough to resonate across time and space and bring a trump-card of hope? Permutation of the Core An AU story involving the WR141 Verse's Neuroi and The Clocktower Verse's Neuroi meeting each other and seeing what events may occur. The verse of the Clocktower will face many challenges, and how will the Children of the Core impact the multiverse when first contact with the Neruoi Empire and they see for themselves what they could very well become. What choice will the Children of the Core: Neuroi lost but with slivers of light in their cores make when faced with a twisted version of themselves with cores as black as midnight? Will the Children of the Core join the Neuroi Empire? Or will they reject the vast, mighty, merciless army of nightmares? Either choice will being consequences... but should they defy the Neuroi Empire: they may join humanity in oblivion. The story will be a writers collaboration with blaze92x45 serving as Co-Author. | |||||||
