So, my name is Kate, though my pen name is different (result of a debate with a friend) so i suppose i go by Rose as well. I'm basically a huge geek, with the glasses and everything (also a Gleek). My rather random ipod playlist (The thing ranges from Taylor Swift to My Chemical Romance and almost everything in between so there will be a range of songs in my Glee fics) is my inspiration mostly so if you pick up on lyrics, especially Paramore, don't be surprised.

At the moment, all the work on my profile is Glee, which i still love and is the writing that got me into fanfiction in the first place. However, i have widened my reading tastes to different fandoms while i have been on this site, so don't be surprised to see Harry Potter, Doctor Who, Torchwood and a few others on my faveourite stories list. In fact, i am currently working on a Torchwood piece as well as my FFY one shots so hopefully that will invite a wider audience to my writings.

Also, I'd just like to point out that it's FanFiction. In it's entirety a whole facet of writing that gives writers freedom to write characters how they see them, and romantically involved with whoever they see fit. Respect my views and i'll respect yours. If you want to ship people i don't, fine. Unless i see what you take as headcannon to be morally wrong and/or pychopathically scary, i will help you fight your corner to ship what you want. All i ask in return is that you don't see it as your right to take personal offence at who i choose to write about just because 'you don't ship it'.

A little bit about me? Not that you're especially interested, but obviously i'm female. I live in the lovely, rainy country of England, and i constantly wish i could be somewhere hot and sunny. I'm musical, play the piano and sing a bit, and i tend to write fluff and a little bit of smut because i have a feeling if i wrote angst it would turn into one big rant about everything i hate. (Such as homophobia.) See, i'm ranting now. So, i'm gonna leave it there.
