Hi, I'm nagami cabasa. If you've been on ff-net for quite a while, you might know me as LilFilipinoGurl or L-Gurl. I write some weird combo of comedy/adventure/romance stories. Besides writing I like listening to j-rock/pop, k-pop, international music, posting singing covers to my YT channel, playing video games, sometimes dancing, and watching anime. More Info - Often shortened to WIHs, We're In Hyrule, stupid! is my gem of a story, the first multi-chaptered/big fanfic I ever wrote! It's a BIT of a one-sided Mary-Sue at first, since two Mary-Sue fanfics first inspired me to write it but no worries as everyone just ends up BFFs. Many hints between the OCs though. But that's okay cuz they're OCs. Oh and don't mind the A/N's... I was young and hyper ;;; But overall a fun, light story with a dark dramatic side. Romance, action, adventure, drama, humor... even poetry! (like, one) What else could you ask for?

"We're In Termina, baka!"

More Info - The long-anticipated sequel of WIHs, but instead "baka"! Why? Because sticking "idiot" or "moron" is weird and I was like 12 when I named it so I'M SORRY OKAY ;; The story takes places in Majora's Mask, but two years after Ganondorf's defeat so Link is slightly older (13 instead of 10/11). Link leaves Hyrule and enters Termina, searching for Navi. But this time he finds himself on a new quest; he's reunited with familiar friends, meets new ones, and the adventure begins all over again! New outfits/looks, juicy side-quests and general craziness with my signature big action scenes and drama WIHs-style! Hope you read & enjoy.

More Info - Looking for that crazy Sonic fic from 2002 about the crew being bored and doing random stuff like going to the beach, cruising, playing sports, causing havoc at the airport and eating at a bunch of restaurants? This is probably the one! ;) Boredom was my very first Sonic fic with over 300 reviews (that was a lot back then!). It almost caught up to WIHs' reviews until the Great Purge of ff-net in 2003/2004 of script-form fics and MSTs, even though I changed to paragraph form in the middle. 'Twas fun while it lasted. "Boredom: The Sequel"

More Info - HAHA, YES! It is back. But this time, WITH A PLOT! I couldn't just let the other one die like it did, there will be closure, CLOSURE, I TELL YOU! Along with the usual Sonic, Shadow, Knuckles, Tails, Amy, Rouge, Tikal and occasional Eggman, two new characters join the crew: Silver and Blaze. The first time I posted this story it was called, "Boredom: Remix," but I changed it since it wasn't a remix at all. It's really a sequel. Also, I forced Shadow to fix his damn personality, so no more OOC-ness for him. Now we have the chance to exploit his true personality...! Anyway it's really just a fun happy fanfic, something that helps me break writer's block while I hope simultaneously amusing others. And I do have a plot for this. I SWEAR. As asanine as it can be at times, every chapter is crucial to the ending -- plus, it's all in paragraph form so now ff-net has no reason to delete it. Mwahaha!

"Epona's Story"

More Info - Epona headlines this story exploring what the hell she does while Link is going around his quest in Termina. Inspired from me playing MM and riding around Termina Field aimlessly. It pretty much speaks for itself, so there's nothing much to say about it... except... I update this EXTREMELY, EXTREMELY slowly. And I mean it. I only continue this story when I want to or I don't want to work on my other fics. But like I mentioned, this story will absolutely receive an ending somehow at some point.

"From Egg to Sword"

More Info - You know that sidequest in OoT where the Cucco Lady gives you the pocket egg and you have to run around Hyrule trading stuff for it for more stuff for a really strong yet impractical weapon? Well, here's the story about it, along with the narrator being sarcastic, Link being the nice guy he is, and Navi getting peeved at everything. My original take on the sidequest. But this is in the same hiatus boat as Epona's Story, but I hope to finish it one day too.

One Last Note...

Since I joined ff-net in 2002, I've always loved the humor genre, so the majority of my stories are humor or it's a minor theme. When I was younger that's all I would write--every time I tried writing something serious it turned out awkward, or I'd want to put a funny scene in it. But as I've gotten older I've thought of a few more serious plotlines; I like action and adventure too so nowadays I'm trying to incorporate that. Though of course because of my sparkling personality I can't help it if there's a dash of light-heartedness too :)

Chapter-wise, I'm one of those writers that tend to write a lot. So my chapters do tend to be long. But I try keeping it interesting! I just have a lot I want to express and mention... ;; I've been told that my writing style is more like watching film with words rather than reading a book. That if someone were to animate my stories it would barely need to be edited for the storyboard because the actions are already there and explicit and the dialogue well-written for speech, like a movie, which I think has to do with starting out writing in script-form.

But anyway, I've always written for myself and for the love of writing, both as an outlet and to bring alive the various shades of my soul (cheesy). But really it makes me so happy and proud to see pages and pages of words and paragraphs and dialogue on the screen, and knowing that my lil' brain came up with it! So it's a major awesome bonus & blessing if other people read and like my stuff too.

So like I said on March 15, 2002 at the end of We're In Hyrule, stupid!'s first chapter:

"I hope you all love it!! I DON'T CARE IF YOU HATE IT!! I WILL WRITE MORE AND MORE AND MORE AND MORE AND MORE, well, you get the picture."
