 Author has written 1 story for Harry Potter. About me: I'm a college student. I take difficult classes. Really difficult classes. I don't take humanities/social sciences/writing courses. Writing is a break from all of the hard sciences, but only if I write when I want about what I want. The mood has to strike. Sorry. About Variance - I was bored one day and read a LM/HG for kicks - Hermione's Choice - and was intrigued. It wasn't the best written work (though WOW has she improved, and she was great in the beginning), though it was definitely solid and original, but I had never even considered that pairing, so I looked around ffn and found the jackpot - Hungry, Crazy, Thirsty by FlowersBecomeScreens - fantastically written, original plot, everything. I became more intrigued and followed the story. I find it impossible to write if I do not have an original idea, but this is a much less explored ship. I love SS/HG, but would have to come up with something truly original to write it, and there have been so many excellent writers already; I doubt I could match up. Anyway, I've been thinking about this story for a while. I have something original, though it takes some work to get into Lucius' head, and it is fairly difficult to write. Status on Variance: New update, 2/20/12. I have the next year outlined - it will be quite long. Thank you for everyone following this little story of mine.
