Author has written 39 stories for Supernatural, Dark Angel, Smallville, Firefly, Terminator: Sarah Connor Chronicles, Life With Derek, Sky High, Glee, Stargate: Atlantis, Stargate: SG-1, and Pacific Rim.
Um...yeah. Hi.
Now that we've dispensed with the pleasantries, I'll introduce myself. My name is Sarah. And that's all you'll get out of me namewise. Other information is as follows:
Age: 33 (as of December 15, 2017 in case I forget to update this)
Description: Make something up. You'll probably have better luck with it than anything I write here anyway. :-)
Other pennames: I can also be found over at Raising Hell as "enchantra626"
Likes: Reading fanfiction, writing, drawing, singing, playing pool, swimming, hanging out with friends (the few that I actually have)...you know, the usual for an total introvert such as myself.
Recent Readings: Prey by Linda Howard.
Currently Reading or (Re-)Reading: After the dark by Max Allen Collins.
What to read (books): Now You See Her, Mr. Perfect, and Open Season, Ice, Prey by Linda Howard. The Dark Hunter Series (all of them are awesome) by Sherrilyn Kenyon. The Psy/Changeling Series by Nalini Singh (again, all fantastic reads). Also, The Envy Chronicles by Joss Ware and the Hunter Kiss series by Marjorie M. Liu. The Fingerprints series by Melinda Metz, and the SBC series by Lori Foster. The Parasol Protectorate series by Gail Carriger, as well as The Tempest series by Nicole Peeler. The Revitalist series by Rachel Caine. Sweep series by Gail Tiernan. The Noble Dead series by Barb and J.C. Hendee. Lady Darby Mysteries by Anna Lee Huber. Harper Connelly Mysteries by Charlaine Harris. Matched trilogy by Ally Condie. The Elemental Series by Shannon Mayer. The Alpha Girl series by Aileen Erin. Ellie Jordan, Ghost Trapper series by JL Bryan. The Loch Moigh Series by Barbara Longley. Rylee Adamson Novels by Shannon Mayer.
What to read (fanfiction): Check out my favorites tab for some other juicy fanfiction after you finish checking out my stories. Because like with music, books, and people, I'm a pretty decent judge of character.
Music to listen to: Crossfade, Nickelback, Evanescence, Daughtry, AC/DC, Boston, Def Leppard, The Veronicas, Three Days Grace, Maroon 5, Theory of a Deadman, Halestorm...and whatever else I mention in my fanfiction. Because when it comes to music, I know what I'm talking about.
Fanfiction history: I've been reading fanfiction since 2002, if I remember correctly, and it started with the Diadem series by John Peel, of all places. That progressed into Harry Potter, Dark Angel, Bones, Firefly/Serenity, X-Men (The Movies), Smallville, and whatever else tickles my fancy. And as for writing, this is the first place I've actually posted anything. I've written in journals and notebooks since high school, but was too chicken to actually post it anywhere for others to read. And even now, hardly anyone else gets to see any of my writings until they're posted here. So, consider yourselves lucky. ;-)
Favorite parings: I'll say it right now in big bold letters: NO SLASH PAIRINGS!! I'm not saying there's anything wrong with it, I just can't wrap my mind around it. I just don't get it. Especially when they're typically interested in the opposite sex in the show/movie/book. So, I don't read it or write it. Simple as that. Anyway, my main favorites are as follows; and there are a lot so bear with me.
Dark Angel: Max/Alec (I am such a Season 2 convert. Now Logan does nothing for me. Even after I read the 3 books)
Firefly: Mal/River (I know, squicky factor but I like reading-stress read. I don't think I could stomach seeing it on TV), Kaylee/Simon, Zoe/Jayne (kinda, now that Wash was killed off in Serenity)
Harry Potter: Harry/Hermione (I will hold out until the bitter end that JK Rowling made a mistake with that one), Ginny/Draco, Ron/Luna (I can't get it out of my head! They all seem like the most logical choices. Rowling had better pull some seriously magical writing out of her 'you know what' when writing the final book to convince me otherwise. As of July 31-ish 2007, I finished reading the book. She didn't.) Also, I'll read Draco/Hermione or Blaise/Hermione...if I'm desperate and it is written exceptionally well.
Life With Derek: Casey/Derek (Um...duh. Isn't it kind of obvious in the show? It's kind of like Harry and Hermione...the ship is there, but it's overlooked and denied by the people that could make a difference.)
The Walking Dead: Daryl/Andrea (Hey! It could still happen! And it should! They had better redeem her in the third season! Sleeping with the governor. Jeez. Come on Andrea, give me a break! Daryl's right there!)
Stargate: SG-1: Sam/Daniel (Don't look at me like that! I think they work great together and would look positively awesome as a couple. Totally don't get Daniel/Vala. I tried, I really did. I even felt sorry for her when he was downright bashing her in the season 10 finale before he decided, like, 5 seconds later to change his mind. Still, just can't see Daniel and Vala as a couple. And as for Sam/Jack...I don't know why, but it kind of creeps me out whenever it's alluded to)
The 100: Clarke/Bellamy (Enough said).
The Flash: Caitlin/Barry (Is that weird? I thought it was completely natural, from like, the first moment I saw them interacting together).
Marvel Universe (Movies): Natasha/Clint (Just at first, in the first Avengers movie. Until Captain America:Winter Soldier came out.) Now it's Natasha/Steve (And you will not budge me on this one, Marvel. Bruce/Natasha didn't give me any feels, at all. So who you gonna throw at her next, huh?) Anyway.
Marvel S.H.I.E.L.D: Skye (try and make me say Daisy other than this one time. It's not gonna happen)/Hunter (Again, is that weird, for some reason? I can hardly find any fanfics on them as a couple. Just sad). By the by, I loved Grant as a character. Why did he have to turn bad?!?! I loved pre-bad Grant and Skye, as a couple.
Marvel Agent Carter: Peggy/Jack (I'm going out on a limb with this one, but I like it. And he had better not be dead).
