I can't tell you how many times I've read this. By far one of my top Dark Angel fics. I love how you took from the original storyline and created something utterly imaginable. Excellent work just as so many of your fics are.

Hey, don't know if you will get this, but I wanted to let you know that this fic has stuck with me since you wrote it. Everytime I hear "Animal I Have Become," I think of it as Dark Alec's theme song. I recently finished my PhD and have time for normal reading again so I tracked it down to read again. It's still amazing even after all this time. You have a very cinematic way of writing. I could picture this as episodes on the show. I devoured the whole story in 2 days and it is really making me want to get back to writing fiction again. You have a real talent. Thank you for sharing it.

I just recently binged the show and started checking out some of the fanfics. This was my favorite so far. It was excellently written and I really enjoyed it.

One of the problems with reviewing old fanfic is that I don't know if the writer is even interested in this site anymore. Which is fair, but I want to do my due diligence just in case and let you know that I really enjoyed your writing.

This is my second time reading this actually. For some reason I can't remember I was thinking about this so I hunted it down. I started reading back when you started this and probably left some embarrassing reviews.

This story is intense and its no wonder that its been wriggling around in my brainspace for years. The ending is hopeful but also brutally honest. The fight scenes are great and I think you are very skilled at them. Both Max and Alec are in character, flaws and all.

You're good, but I think I hate you. I mean yeah sweet a new chance at a beginning but c'mon! He doesn't even get to bang her proper! I just read this in one night with no sleep and at 5:21AM I read that as "THE END". There has to be some fan service unless you're writing a colin farrel movie or some other avante garde something. So pissed at you after all that heartache you put me through.

I just loved this story could not put it down. Thank you.
