Okay, so a lot of things happened. I got a job, a modest one but it is a paycheck that comes in, and I hope eventually something better will come along. Time to write is almost nonexistant, but I want to still try to do what I can on the few days I can spare a couple of hours to write.

Now, I'm rereading my own stories. I realize I'll need to review a lot of stuff to sound less awkward, especially on the older stories. You know, that feeling you get when you write something, and some time later you come back to it and _dislike_ what you wrote? I don't mean merely thinking it is a bit subpar compared to what you did later, you really dislike that story for whatever reasons. It is what just happened with Harry and his Marriage Contracts. I wrote a lot of shit, made some inroads in a common framework for my HP fanfic universes, but the end result does not please me, because it is a tired cliché of 'oh look, contracts!'

Yeah, that one is going down.

It would be better to take whatever good parts were made there and use them on my other stories that use that world framework. The speech scene, for example, would be perfect for Harry's Unexpected Lordship. That, and somehow, the idea of multi pairings doesn't appeal to me anymore as a writer.

Anyway, in short, one story goes down, other will be reviewed and modified until I find them less awkward to my eyes. I have half a chapter somewhere begging to have some more time invested on it, let's see if I can do it.

Took out most of the HP stories I wrote. Just can't find the enthusiasm to write about wizarding societies.
