And just like that, Hermione got expelled from Hogwarts, for doing magic outside of Hogwarts and hexing a muggle.

Like seriously... Why does it seem like they pretend to solve their magical problems the nuggle way, and their nuggle problems with magic? Troll? Guns and explosives. Eda being a bitch? Magic. They should know that they can't just use magic in front of muggles, or they being minors at all

Ah, I see in this version James at least pretended to change after the werewolf incident, instead of rescuing Snape and saving him for later torture. Or at least, that's the version that Snape is telling.

But this Snape also thinks better of Harry, and isn't telling him as much of the negative stuff.

But this Harry also understands poverty better in many ways and is more understanding of Ron.

About the whole quidditch thing, there's something you didn't considered. The Quidditch Cup isn't awarded by winning more matches, but by scoring the most points. That's why it is important that the catchers score as many points as they can while the seeker tries to find the snitch, and have it located until its a good moment to actually catch it. Even if your house wins all the matches, they still can lose the Cup to another house that managed to score more points.

So, in Quidditch every rol is imoortant: the Catchers and the Guardian try to score as many points as they can while avoiding that the other team does it, the Beaters help them, and the Seeker contributes by scoring 150 points and ending the match, while protecting the snitch from the other seeker
