Don't fear abandonment of any of my stories in progress!
I know I've disappeared for about a month, so I felt that I should leave a little note in here for all of my faithful readers! You guys mean the world to me, so I feel so completely terrible about my disappearance, but my life has radically changed in the past three months and writing once again fell on the back burner! Now that I'm getting a hold on everything again, I'm starting to work on things again, but it takes awhile for me to get back in the right frame of mind, especially with a story as complex as The Lightning Strike. I am putting a lot of thought in to that story though, so even though I can't give you guys a date, updates will be coming!

Hi! I figured since I've been writing on this site for a while now, I should probably make a profile! I don't really know what to say other than I'm a young writer still in high school. My writing and my age usually surprise people, but I'll take it as a compliment! I never want to go into writing professionally, but it's one of my greatest loves, hobbies, and stress reliefs!

The only fanfiction I really write is Grey's Anatomy. I may start others later on, but I'm too much in love with Meredith & Derek's relationship to do anything else right now! Mostly, I love exploring the depths of their relationship in ways that the show hasn't, mainly by putting them in situations other than the show's reality. I've only done one story that is a complete alternate universe, but that's actually my newest so I've yet to do much with that!

I really hope that people continue to read and review. Sometimes I have to take a break from certain stories so it appears that I've abandoned them, but I hope you all continue to read them!

Timeless: Meredith left for New York six months ago after Prom. Once Derek comes for her and they return to Seattle their life takes many turns. Twenty years later, their life is nothing like the one they planned for. Timeless by Kate Havnevik

Lying Awake: An angsty one shot from season 2. Despite all the hurt and pain Meredith and Derek have caused each other, can they moved on together or should they cut their loses and run? Lying Awake by Death in December

Abandoned Stories:

Delicate: Ten years have passed since Meredith abruptly left Seattle Grace, leaving both her friendships and love. When she returns home unexpected, she brings a new family, a new life, and a new secret that's more serious and destructive than anything she's ever dealt with before. In the passing years, everyone's changed and grown in different directions. Can everyone find a way to help Meredith or will she succeed in blocking out reality for just a little bit longer? I know that this story was the favorite for a lot of people and trust me, I love it as well. The reason it has been abandoned is because I've taken the time to transform this into an actual novel and through multiple revisions, the story has become very different from Delicate, its plot having a completely different climax. Most of my time is put into that story and now Delicate just seems inadequate in comparison, not to mention how confusing it is to keep track of what is happening in Delicate vs. Crawling Towards the Sun (the new story). I sincerely apologize for this, but I'm more than willing to openly share snippets of the novel while it is in progress!
