![]() Author has written 17 stories for Sonic the Hedgehog, Cars, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Death Note, and Legend of Zelda. Hello I am a friend of DeliriousMelody and she has entrusted me to carry on and probably spice up her stories. I was going to put up the stories but I need time to really get the mood. What else is there... Sixteen. Female. I'm a private person but if you're some reason down to want to know me just send me a P.M. though lately I am having some difficulty trying to get to my messages. My friends made me an Ao3 account under the username PurelyChaos so I'll be posting stories up there too. I have a Sonic tumblr account under Purely-Chaos too cause a certain blue hedgehog has taken over my life recently. I'm most definitely able to be reached there and be more social. An excerpt to a fic in progress. “I can’t remember much of my previous life. I know we were close, incredibly close, but those memories are lost to me now. I would have liked to return to the way things used to be, but you couldn’t let things be. So instead of being friends, I’ll have to settle for being enemies.” At one time her voice used to be as sweet and soothing as honey, dripping with kindness and compassion. Yet now it is frigid, cold with no love or joy. They stood a careful distance apart from each other. The ultimate lifeform and a dead girl. Behind her were monsters who hungrily eyed him and his companions who stood behind him, ready to attack should one of the creatures decide to make a move. They were at war, this was a battle only for these two to dance together the dance of life and death, with death nipping at their heels. He could just feel all their eyes fixated on him, their gazes crawling underneath his skin while he forced himself not to look away from her. How he wanted to scream at the world for its cruelty. He tried to hold onto his stoic posture but it was crumbling as he shook in his spot, a mask he carefully carved with years of experience and grief had cracked and let out the raw emotions of anguish, sorrow, anger, and regret he could no longer keep under wrap. His eyes were wide, pools of clear tears making them look glassy like a doll. He didn’t dare blink, fearing that if he did she would disappear from in front of him like an apparition. Maria is dead, this isn’t the girl he once knew ages ago. This creature in front of him may have her appearance but he could easily see the flaws that made her not…her. She looked the same just as she did all those years ago when she was still taking living breaths, her flowing blonde hair that draped along her shoulders like silken gold, eyes blue and clear as the purest oceans, but they were sunken in as if to signify her lack of life with waxy pale skin that must’ve been cold to the touch, for even her dress was the same as the one she had died in. The familiar baby blue dress, with a heavy darker blue top with a high collar that hid away the scars amongst her flesh upon her neck. The bite marks that came from the teeth of an unholy creature only spoken of in myths, legends, aged stories, or as modern-day jokes to scare friends. Supernatural animals. Monsters that lurk in the shadows of the light, cloaked as a pretender who hides their true forms. It was so sickeningly easy for one of them to hide amongst the scientists aboard the Ark... He cocked a gun, with barely noticeable tremors from his fingertips as he aimed it towards her, she merely stared unblinkingly without a hint of fear or care. “I’ll carry out the promise she left me, even if it means killing the shell of her body.” Ebony fingers did not hesitate to pull the trigger, emitting a loud bang that left his ears ringing. From the screams of his friends or the bullet that was fired, it could’ve been both for all he knew. |
