![]() Author has written 20 stories for Teen Titans, Avatar: Last Airbender, and Dragon Heart. I'm back. I haven't abandoned any of my stories, not a single one, but I haven't been able to get online reliably for quite some time now, and I've been having some trouble recovering my rough drafts. In the meantime, I've been working on other stories from others realms of fiction, so expect to see those before I do any updating on the older posts. When I finally finish the recovery of my older fiction, I promise to update them. Until then, bear with me, please. (5/15/2013) I'm back...for now. I've finally recovered my older stories...and have been working on quite a few new ones. Some...I admit...I've deleted because they weren't going anywhere. Others were just rehashes of other stories I was working on. I've got some tweaking ans rewriting to do on my Avatar fanfiction, but I do have other 'realms' I've delved into...Mass Effect and Dragonheart just two to mention. Bear with me, and I promise we'll see this through. (8/5/2015) Hello, anyone who cares to read this. If any of you are waiting for updates to any unfinished stories of mine, I apologize for the wait. For my Avatar fiction, the wait will be longer. I haven't abandoned them, I've just chosen to rewrite After the Black Sun and am planning a full rewrite of Tears and Fire...but those are taking time, because I am honestly not as interested in the series anymore as I used to be. Knowing myself, I admit that is subject to change. See, I tend to write in bursts about what catches my eye at the moment. But I also admit I haven't done any writing for some time. I don't like to complain, but life has been difficult for a while for myself and my family. Without going into detail I want to say that living in an RV with two other adults and two large dogs is the very definition of 'challenging.' However, we have finally moved to a better place, and I have begun writing once again. Admittedly, it is either my own original work, or Mass Effect and Harry Potter fiction. I took down my Mass Effect story, The Geth War, because it was a story I wrote for a friend who was injured in an accident, and is currently in a comatose state. The character Quinn Eriksson is my friend's creation, and I will not post his story when he cannot read it. But I was taught from a young age life must go on, and so we shall. I will be posting, hopefully soon, a Mass Effect story about another OC who I hope...this time...to keep out of the Gary Stu level. I will be posting a Harry Potter story...as soon as I determine which of the (I kid you not) two hundred stories I've begun I wish to finish, and possibly a story based in the world of Fallout. I want to thank everyone who has ever reviewed one of my stories...providing the review was positive or at least helpful. I value criticism, providing it serves to improve my writing, and positive reviews are always welcome. Once again, thank you. And before I forget, at least one reviewer has, in the past, asked me what the line I finish my notes with means. It is a Latin phase that essentially means 'never argue against the Sun.' Personally, I think it is quite good advice that prevents someone from wasting their time complaining about things that cannot be changed. Adversus solem ne loquitor. |
