Rey and Finn are beyond used to the nights being long and lonely now, filled with nightmares, especially Rey; she's an expert in waking up with sweat on her forehead and fear in her eyes. But somehow, being together through the night seems to help. And soon they realise that the closer they are, the better everything feels. And they don't just mean the nightmares. / One-shot.

Rey is badly hurt during a battle, and Finn is the one who sees it and tries with all he can to save her before help arrives. And whilst she's in the infirmary, he can't stop pacing and worrying; they won't let him in to see her. Even Poe's words can't calm him down. Seeing her hurt and almost losing her never gets any easier. In fact, it just gets harder. / Post-TFA. / One-shot.

My take on what might happen in Episode 8. This is the first part in a series. The Resistance and the First Order both take a breath as they prepare for imminent war. Everyone finds themselves training. It is only a matter of time before the hiatus is over and the fighting continues, fiercer than it ever has been before. Christmas Eve dinner with your girlfriend's family is hard enough without spending half your time imagining muggle ways her father could kill you. But Ron Weasley can't help feeling like Dr. Granger can tell if they've been naughty or nice.

Shell Cottage after Malfoy Manor in Deathly Hallows. It's been done many times before, and for a reason. JKR simply does not deal with important issues she set up in the scenes at Malfoy Manor. This is my take, which I hope gives a different perspective and adds fresh elements.

Ron and Ginny bond over a shared past experience, discussing horcruxes, common insecurities, and the definition of "obnoxious and couple-y". Rated because neither of them could keep from swearing. As usual, I'm not sure if this is more sad or funny. R/Hr, hints at H/G. Complete.

Ron and Hermione are blissfully happy together. The only thing that could complete them is a child, but some things are not always as easy for some as they are for others. Follows the birth of Rose and onwards.

Post DH, Post Epilogue. Four years after Hermione resigns from her job at the Ministry and moves away, she is forced by necessity to ask Harry to take care of Hugo. Harry doesn't know that Hugo is his son.
