Raph and Leo thought Mikey didn't curse because of his age or because he didn't know how, but Don knew, he knew exactly what it would take to make Mikey swear, vividly remembered the only other time he had heard Mikey curse, and he ran.

Mikey had a system. To anyone who knew him this would be incomprehensible as Hamateo-Michaelangelo did not have 'systems'. Except he did. One system was for the kitchen. The other - for his brothers. Obviously the one for his brothers was more important. So when he noticed his older brother acting strangely, he thought it best to put his system into practice.

When a regular night on patrol goes sour, the question of survival comes up for the youngest. Mikey fights but will his body give out before his will does? Will his family ever see his most precious gift to them?

"As Michelangelo was the firefighter's and the young mother's Amazing Grace for that dangerous heart wrenching night, Michelangelo's Amazing Grace were his brothers. Leonardo struggles with one of his ninja lessons, and acts out in a way that hurts his youngest brother and cause Leo to learn another lesson .the hard way.

Leo doesn't understand how Mikey is able to always brush insults off and just right away do something nice for the one(s) who insulted him.
