Hello! I am a 24 year old girl going to college to be a concept artist/animator/illustrator. BUT, in my "spare time", I am a Fanfiction writer and Deviantart artist. :)

I used to hate reading and writing when I was younger, mostly because I could barely do either. As a child with dyslexia, I found it an immense struggle to learn to read even the simplest of children's books, and I couldn't write to save my life. But now, as my readers know, I LOVE TO READ AND WRITE NOW. How could this happen?

Well, first, I would like to thank my mother, who worked hard for years, homeschooling me and my two siblings. She was the super mom, though I'm sure we all think of our mothers that way. She would get up everyday with three hungry mouths to feed, and three developing brains to teach. All three of us have what many would call "disabilities". Everything from OCD and tourette syndrome (mild) to Working Memory problems and Dyslexia. But my mother worked hard, and by the grace of God, taught all three of us to the best I believe she ever could have. My brother and I are both in collage now, and I attribute our grades and academic success to two three individuals: my mom, my dad, and most of all, God. Without their love and faith in us, I don't know where we'd be today.

As a child who is now a perfectly happy adult with dyslexia, tourette syndrome, and Working Memory problems (literally, I'm like Dory from 'Finding Nemo'), I have this one thing to say. No matter who you are, or what you face, YOU CAN DO IT!!! Don't let what other people say about your "disabilities" define who you are, or what you will become. Focus on the people who believe in you, and focus on God, who made you the way you are. To Him, you are perfect. Just as you were meant to be.

MY HOBBIES: I have a very large range of thinks I enjoy doing, and hope to improve in as time goes by. These include: Drawing (deviantart), painting, sketching, and sculpting. Playing piano, accordion, singing, and I want to learn drums. I collect French Comic Books and translate them to English for fun, thereby also teaching myself to read French. I also know a little bit of Spanish (reading). I have been a character in several plays, and really love acting. Then, of course, reading and writing. ;)
