![]() Author has written 21 stories for Gundam Wing/AC, High School Musical, Four Brothers, National Treasure, Star Wars, Friends, Misc. Plays/Musicals, House, M.D., Across the Universe, Grimm, Sherlock, and Supernatural. Name: Xul I don't want to lie - I use my account mostly to have favourite stories and authors, and for story alerts (which is just a totally great thing - when I started my "adventure" with there was no story alerts then!), because I just don't write in English that much anymore. I don't write in my mother tongue either right now, although I do have some pretty awesome ideas I'd like to write someday. They probably will end up as fiction and not a fanfiction. Slash used to be a very important part of my life. I guess I'm over that now. Of course, I still enjoy some pretty boys together, although I find myself somehow, I don't know, repulsed? (may not be an exact word I'm looking for, but you get it, right?) by some fics I've written. Not because they're bad or anything... Just, I don't know, incest, May/December, that kind of stuff. I used to enjoy it, but now, definitely not. Current obsessions: Sometimes, I get a little bit too much interested in something, hence the Current obsessions above. If I'm inspired enough or desperate enough, I might write something myself. I actually do enjoy reading my own stuff, you know? Usually when I want to read something specific, it doesn't exist apart from what I've written. Funny, huh? I don't think so highly of myself, though. Oh, and there is one thing! If there's someone interested in writing me an LXG (League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, the movie one) non-slash (please, no, just friends!) hurt/comfort fic with a missing scene from Nautilus with Mr Q and Tom Sawyer taking care of each other's wounds after Sawyer's encounter with a car crash and an exploding building and Mr Q's stab-wound. Anyone? :) Apart from fanfiction, I love driving, horseback-riding, musicals, movies and tv shows. Horseback-riding as a hobby turned into lifestyle choice and I'm on my way to become a professional rider. I don't like deep, thoughtful, difficult movies. Movies are to have fun with, to enjoy and to help you forget about your problems and serious issues. Same thing about books. Don't try to force me into philosophical or psychological nonsense, please. I am a child of easy, approachable mass culture, I like it when things explode in the movies and afterwards there is a happy ending. I hate, hate, hate unhappy endings. Too much unhappy endings in everyday's life, right? (Although I do not get the idea of movies about the end of the world - Knowing, 2012 - that have a happy ending. For crying out loud, the world just ended! Nothing happy about it.) Okay, enough about me! I think that's all. See ya 'round! Oh, yes. Please, try to ignore this Gundam Wing fic of mine. It was long ago and not true, but I don't want to delete it since it shows how long has it been and all. :) My sentiment for it being posted. But please, don't read it. It's badly, badly written. My English improved since then. |
