A couple of things:

First of all, I am a young adult!

My favorite authors are J.R.R. Tolkien, Frewin Jones, J.K. Rowling, Rick Riordan, Veronica Roth, etc.

I LOVE "The Hobbit" and "Lord of the Rings" (part of the main reason why I made this account haha) I am a huge nerd when it comes to the books and the movies. Some of my other favorite movies are "The Avengers", "Frozen", "Pride and Prejudice"(2005 version w/Keira Knightley), "Jurassic World", "Star Wars" (especially "The Force Awakens"), "Star Trek"(newer versions), "Sherlock Holmes/Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows", "BBC's North and South" (I know it's a mini-series, but I consider it a movie kinda xD) "Harry Potter", "The Princess Bride", "Prince of Persia", anything Disney...I could go on and on!

My favorite TV shows are "Sherlock", "Psych", "Chuck", "Poldark", "Community", "Pretty Little Liars", "Sleepy Hollow", "Supernatural", "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D", "Frasier", "Wild Things with Dominic Monaghan", "Cheers", "Wings", "Whose Line Is it Anyway?", "Falling Skies", "Once Upon a Time"...can you tell I watch a lot of TV? xD My family and I are big TV people!

If you happen to see my list of favorite stories on here...you'll notice they're all mostly "Hobbit" related...all Thorin, Kili and Fili stories! I mean, what can I say? The Heirs of Durin have all stolen my heart! ;)

Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit are seriously my life! I've watched the movies and read the books ever since I was young and have loved them so much in all those years! Middle-Earth has practically been an escape for me many times in my life when I've gone through hard trials or just need to get away from real life from time to time! Everything about those books and movies have helped shape my life into what it is and has helped make me who I am today. I know some people would say, "They're just movies" or "they're just books", but to me, they're SO much more than that :D The morals of the stories have become part of my life, the characters have taught me so much and have become my heroes in so many ways! Just about every character are inspirational in different ways!

So there is no way and no power in the world that could make me ever stop loving them! :)

One does not simply stop loving Lord of the Rings/The Hobbit!! :D

If you have ever seen a movie (or show) so many times that you can quote it word for word. And you do at random moments; copy and paste this in your profile.

(For me, these would be "The Hobbit" (I can quote that literally word for word...trust me, I've done it ;P), "Lord of the Rings", "The Princess Bride" and a couple episodes of "Sherlock")

14 Ways to annoy an Anti-Tolkien (I am SO trying these! xD)

1: Insult them in Elvish or Khuzdul. Do not offer translations.

2: Tell them they’ll end up just like Denethor. Refuse to tell them what happened to Denethor.

3: Threaten to feed them to Shelob. Laugh evilly when they ask who Shelob is.

4: Quote Gandalf. Constantly. No matter how irrelevant the quotes are.

5: Say, "I would cut off your head for that, if it stood but a little higher from the ground" every time they insult LOTR/The Hobbit.

6: Play ‘LOTR in 99 seconds’ on a loop whenever they are around.

7: Walk barefoot all day. Say that you are getting in touch with your inner Hobbit.

8: Demand an explanation of why they dislike ‘the masterpieces of the esteemed Professor’ every time you see them.

9: Whenever they suggest doing something, refute it by saying, "One does not simply (insert verb here)".
