Nick never held much issue with living under a bridge. Sure, it wasn't exactly comfortable living but he had learned to try and content himself with the minimum like he always had. Contemplative thoughts on a sleepless night however, lead him to the conclusion that he didn't have to live like this. All he had to do was find the courage to ask for help.

Working for the ZPD is a demanding job, especially when you are the first of your kind on the force. Although Nick and Judy make an effective team, trying to balance the demands of work while still maintaining a social life is a challenge of all its own—especially in the face of social pressures brought by living in a city still recovering from pred/prey tensions.

Few issues that shake up the status quo are ever fully resolved, and often expose issues no one bothered to take notice of. After Judy's first year at the ZPD and Nick's appointment as her partner, many deeply held misconceptions still pervade Zootopia, and many more changes are in store.

What if Judy and Nick hadn't swapped out the serum for blueberries? As Bellwether tightens her grip on the divided Zootopia, Nick is turned savage for real and committed to solitary confinement. But Judy isn't ready to give up on him, and soon the two are fighting for survival - not just against the world, but against each other. Set during/after an alternative ending to the movie.

Teasing his partner about a growing fan following in the city of Zootopia after another high-profile case, Nick discovers that folks have actually written fan-fiction about their favorite bunny ZPD officer. He pleads with Judy not to read any of it, and the doe becomes offended that her partner does not think she can emotionally handle it. She's gonna read em! What could go wrong?

Being the ZPD's first fox officer doesn't come easy. For Nick Wilde, discovering his ne'er-do-well father has been accused of murder isn't making it any easier. But his father swears he is innocent, forcing Nick to challenge everything he believes and face the past he's trying so desperately to forget.

Its been many years since Robin left with the Lionheart on his Crusade. Now his son, Nick, inherited his title and Loxley Manor. After getting a few days off, Judy decided to invite Nick to her old hometown, Bunnyburrow, to meet her family. So how are Judy's family gonna react with a visit from sly and cunning city fox? Will Nick be able to win their over?

For Nick and Judy it's better to look at the bigger picture, no matter how much you want the smaller one. Or so they think.

Nick knows he's an innocent fox, but after coming to in a hospital, he's told he killed Judy in a Night Howler-induced frenzy. As he mourns the loss of his partner and sets out to clear his name, he discovers a bunny who looks and smells a little too much like Judy. She may be in the middle of her own investigation…. A tribute to Hitchcock and noir thrillers.

Nick and Judy are on the case of another missing mammal after one-half of Zootopia's darling couple and the face of the interspecies movement disappears under suspicious circumstances. Along the way, what they discover will hit a little too close to home about themselves and their own partnership.

Yes, it's a Nick and Judy hook up story. But trying to be a bit more 'animal-ly' and not too prurient, hopefully less than some of the more provocative stuff that has slipped in under the M rating. And try to work up some interesting back story details for our heroes. Hope the expositional inserts are not too heavy-handed?

And it was then, with him standing in the middle of an abandoned alley with a collar strapped around his neck, that he realized three fundamental truths at the exact same time. Number one, Judy had been right, of course. Number two, no matter what he did, not everyone was able to open their hearts to predators.
