for not being an english major and someone who is really lazy when typing, i sure am a horrible grammar nazi. here (in no particular order) are some pet peeves:

"Its" and "it's" are different. "Its" is the possessive of "it". "It's" is the contraction of "it is".

Capitalize nicknames. It's fine that you've shortened Ironhide to 'Hide, Bumblebee to 'Bee, Barricade to 'Cade, and so on. But the nick name is still a proper name in the English grammar system and should be capitalized.

Space out paragraphs--something is really hard to read otherwise. (something i've noticed since first writing this profile is that ffn does pretty well at forcing the writer to obey this one now.)

Don't trust the spellchecker. It lies like a cheap rug. It only checks that a word is spelled correctly--not that you've used the right word. Generally they also don't pay attention to whether you've capitalized names. ADDENDUM: My spellchecker, at least, has taken to trying to correct words before i'm done typing them. Annoying.

dec 5, 2007: okay -- here's the deal. i just moved and now that i'm kinda settled i've found that everything that interested me before is almost boring. that includes any and all writing projects that are more than...say four months old as of dec 1, 2007. for those of you that only know what i have posted here, that only affects "star warz". for my friends who knew about my other projects and were looking forward to seeing them done, my deepest apologies.

on the other hand, for the moment, i'm writing at a fair pace again. so i have some new stuff up.

dec 29, 2010: okay... after a very long absence from the transformer's fandom caused by a number of factors, ranging from the immediate (losing my old computer), to ones that had long-lasting, permanent effects on my life (like getting engaged and my fiance getting me into a bunch of new hobbies like world or warcrack and battletech), to the petty (i am entirely uninspired by the events of the second movie), i may not be writing anymore transformers fics other than were-cars. i am still writing those, but my (new) computer also has pages and pages of battletech and world of warcraft fiction that i may or may not begin posting eventually. i hopefully will write transformers again. i certainly will continue reading them. but i generally write my current obsessions and so now transformers is splitting time with a number of other fandoms in my headspace.

feb 12, 2013: i'm sorry to report that i think the werecars short stories are probably finished. i've got several part-done stories on my comp, but nothing i've been able to write into a finished story. i'm still trying, but not likely to succeed soon if ever.

sep 2, 2014: so… my life's turned into a bad country song -- lost my boyfriend, my apartment, my job… -- which apparently means i'm back to writing. look for new were-cars stories soonish.

apr 6, 2015: i love and appreciate everyone who is still favoriting and reviewing both Replacement: Roads, WereCars of Cybertron and WereCars Diptychs. you guys are awesome and it lifts my spirits every single time. as a note, though, for those following those stories -- they are done, complete, finite. i'm not saying that it's impossible for anything to be added to them -- both still have oodles of notes floating around on my hard drive and occasionally an idea buzzes around my head for them that may resolve itself into a short story, but if i do write more in either 'verse, i will post it as a separate story from the series currently posted. okay? i'm aware that some people use the following list as a sort of private bookmark list, and if that's what you're doing, fine with me. i'm just worried that those of you who are truly hoping for updates or additions to those 'verses will miss them because i won't be posting them as new chapters to the existing stories.

... also, if you want to read Replacement: Roads in chronological order, rather than the order written, i've got them all in a nice neat series on my ao3 account. i still think there's value and meaning in reading them in the order written (and i don't want to delete all the lovely reviews everyone left on the stories as i wrote them), so it's there for people who want to read them in chronological order.

june 29, 2016: I AM NO LONGER POSTING REGULARLY ON FANFICTION NET.

I no longer feel connected to the community here. I have also begun doing multi media works, including photo comics, collaborative stories, and stories that incorporate images or links to music intended to be listened to while reading. None of which can be posted on FFN due to their restrictions. So rather than post only what is allowed here, and risk posting stories mid-series that are confusing without their prequels/sequels or stories i feel are incomplete without their images/music/etc, I am posting almost exclusively on my AO3 account. I will continue to post chapters of things I have already started to post here (namely Ouroboros and In Search of a Cause), but if a story here is marked complete and you're wondering if there's more, chances are there is, but not here.
