It's always somewhat disturbing to peek into Hojo's mind, but this is also pretty funny!

Looks like having a job in Shinra accounting is not unlike having a job as a SOLDIER secretary-it sucks. All three of these stories were totally hilarious!

This story is one of my old-time favorites. It's simply too brilliant for words. For the past years, I've kept reading it over and over.

I love your two other "Hojo vs" fics just as much.

It's very, VERY funny, which should actually be at least a bit suprising, given the fact that you DO show the main protagonist as the complete monster he is (why, he's even planning to abuse his kid for revenge in the final paragraph)... But that's far better than showing him as some incompetent, comical idiot who'd sputter in helpless rage. I love Hojo's intelligence and sarcasm in this story - plus, it turns out he's got plenty of social skills, too, because he makes the President and everyone else dance to his tune. That's just awesome.

Sephiroth, the creepy, outwardly apathetic child is equally awesome (but let's face it - Hojo steals this show) and just as much in character.

And on top of this brilliant characterization, there's also your writing style... where do I start with it? Let's just say, nearly each paragraph screams "cleverness" to me.

This was hilarious! I love the writing tone - every sentence is steeped in dry humor, with exactly the right wording to characterize Hojo's arrogance and disdain. I could not stop chuckling XD You did a FANTASTIC job; this was an absolute treat to read (especially after a long day!) Kudos on a job well-done; this is definitely getting a favorite from me!

You made me enjoy reading about Hojo. It's a freakin' miracle. I didn't even throw up after seeing his name for the 5th time (or his thoughts). You have talent. Lots and loots of talent. :D

"Good god, how he prayed Candi's Wild Chocobo Ride was a euphemism. Then he read another title describing Candi's exploits and reaffirmed his atheism." You know, I never thought that I would be sympathizing with Hojo, of all people.

Line after line of snark! This is hilarious! Now, if you'll pardon me, I need to get in touch with the Research Grant Fairies.

I cannot express how happy this made me. I can only wish that I could write as well as this. Every spark of humor was spot-on and witty as hell, never overdone in the slightest, and your characterization is. So. Perfect. 3 I love this!

After reading all these 'Hojo vs...' Stories, I gotta say that you are a real Genius and great at characterising Hojo.

Hojo suffering and chemical reactions? Those make anything good. Though the story itself doesn't actually need the help, it certainly lends to the entertainment.

"At noon tomorrow, Hojo’s lab was going to be invaded by accountants..." My brain couldn't help but go, "And his lovely Behemoth will be waiting there for them." Seriously, I love this little fic! Your writing style amuses me so and reminds me so much of my own cynical way of viewing things. Little Sephiroth was so delectably evil in his own right in his attempt to get even at Hojo, and I liked how he thought that Gast was 'a Million Times Smarter than Hojo Could Ever Hope to Be.'

This has got to be one of the best Final Fantasy VII fanfics out there. I really enjoyed reading it. Thank you so much for writing it.

It is so funny and yet it seems very true to the series. I liked the fact that the interactions that you wrote in this fic are so very complex and yet also very believable. And this is the best I have seen Hojo's thoughts described. The reader laughs at his obsessions and petty annoyances, but he still manages to be very threatening, and I doubt that he can laugh at himself.

If I were to nitpick, I would only point out that antibiotics would not be prescribed to treat poisoning. But otherwise, this is awesome.
