(and certain crossovers of those with Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Death Note, X-men..) (Amusing fact: I absolutely hate anything past book four in the Harry Potter series, I refuse to watch Naruto-- the manga was okay-- and I abhorred the one episode of Death Note I watched.)

Favorite Book: The Hobbit. (The first book I read fully by myself, way back in the day. I own it in two languages. I've read it in both of those languages.)

Favorite Series of Books: Hard to say. I like Vampire Hunter D novels, the Tolkein books and the Ender's Game and Ender's Shadow sagas.. And I've recently been hooked on the Dresden Files... (Okay, I like to read too much. I'm an unrepentant reading addict.)

Favorite Movie(s): V for Vendetta... or the old Star Wars trilogy.. or maybe the Addams Family movies? (Yes, I'm indecisive.)

Music: Anything, besides rap or hip-hop. (Those genres are my least favorite.. but I can tolerate a few select songs.)

Favorite Game: Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. (Seriously. I can quote lines back and forth word for word. I love this game.) Dragon Age: Origins and Mass Effect are close seconds.

About Me:

Mm... I tend to favor the villains in the stories. Evil is far more fun. Unfortunately, evil characters tend to be more ridiculously stereotypical.. darn. I would so like to create an epic villain. (So, yes, I have a fondness for darker stories. And, occasionally, ridiculously OOC evil main characters. It's MY boat, and it's floating just fine.) Oh. And I've had an obsession with vampires for as far back as I can remember.. since early grade school, really. (I can't remember the exact beginning of this... interest. Wish I could. It seemed like an interesting thought..) Exception! Twilight is an abomination among abominations. Sorry. Vampires don't sparkle in the sunlight in any of the 'verses I fly in. (And they shouldn't. Just.. no.)

I am an absolute book nerd. (And a nerd and geek in general. Come on.. I watch Star Trek and used to play D&D. It doesn't get much worse than that.. Well, it can, but I haven't sunk as low as LARPing yet. I don't plan on it, either.) Sadly, since I have rather long work hours (and am lazy) most of what I read these days is fanfiction. I'm fond of reading just about anything (even slash -- but it has to be well written), though I'm not likely to start writing it.. and I'm very very picky with my pairings. I'm not likely to write too much, because of my limited free time. (That, and I prefer reading. My muse is lazy na inconsistent, too. Dratted girl.) Still, I'm devoted to finishing any stories I start. I know very well how annoying it would be to the readers if I did otherwise. (I say nothing about how long said end will take to reach.. but reviews are encouraging!)
