Update 19/4/2007

True Heritage:

Just to let anyone reading this to know that I AM NOT DEAD! Just... sidetracked by a severe case of Real-Life-itis. g Didn't help that after rereading what I had written for the rest of the fic after my hiatus, I decided that a complete rewrite was in order. So that's what I'm doing now. But with this delay, new ideas have hit me that I want to incorporate into 'True Heritage', which means even BIGGER delays as I try to work out how to fit it all in.

But this story is still in progress! Don't give up on me!

I'm a simple fanfic addict from Australia, who has been hooked for many years, and still want more!

I keep up with many fandoms, how I don't know. No life, I guess... LOL! They range from various anime to TV shows and movies.

I have written a few fanfics several years ago, (but not published on Fanfiction.net) for The X-Files, but mostly I'd been pretty content to just read what other people wrote. Boy, lots of talented people out there!

Now, I've decided to give fanfiction writing another go, and chose Ranma 1/2 to start from. For some reason, the fics I've written so far makes people think I've got a warped sense of humour, but I swear I'm as normal as the next girl! Honest! LOL.

Anyway, for those interested, here are my current works in progress:

1. True Heritage - Chapter 3 (in the process of writing). This is the one where what happened gets explained.

Some people seems to want me to turn this into an on-going series. What do people think? I think a few epilogues or maybe even another chapter or sequel is possible. I do have a few more scenarios in mind which I don't think I can fit in to Chapter 3 anyway.

This had been originally intended to be a oneshot spamfic, which kinda grew out of control. Would you believe all this started because I hada passing thought: how come Nodoka Saotome's ideas of manliness seem to be coming from a man's perspective? (I mean, most women would be horrified by the acts she encourages! Eg. Peeping on girls, going out with multiple girls, things like that.) I should know, being a female and all. ;)

2. The Art of Justice - Chapter 2 (on temporary hold until I finish True Heritage).

This fic got off ground because I wanted a Ranma getting poetic revenge on all his tormentors. I'm going to try and make sure everyone gets their just desserts, although I'm kinda stuck on Ukyo. Any ideas, people?

I do have ideas for other fics, but I want to try and get these finished first if possible. Unless I get bitten by a plot bunny for something else first...
