I don’t see why you didn’t just have naruto and hinata clear up the misunderstanding right away instead of making it so unrealistic and brushing it off. Another thing is what the point of even making naruto the same as cannon in trying so desperately to save sasuke just kill the man like how it should of happen in the manga. He’s a rougue Shinobi nearly killed naruto and he sided with Akatsuki I don’t know if you’ll continue this story but I hope you won’t go with saving sasuke route

I say it's a violation of rights when you start attacking their private bits and or, 1) if their a pow that wasn't fighting in the war or 2) they willingly came to the group to desert their army because the cause is idiotic and you torture them anyway when they'd have willingly given up the information.
