Author has written 3 stories for Avengers, Doctor Who, Thor, and My Little Pony. Hello fellow fans and aspiring writers! This is the place where I'm supposed to say something interesting about me, the author. Um. Well, I'm Lilian. My age is classified. (creepy smile) I'm just now getting into writing. My friend, Abby (who is anelson21 on here) more or less ordered me to get an account and post masterpieces (yes, master) so we could collab/fangirl incoherently together. So, here I am. My first story, A Typical Evening at Tony's, is actually something my little sister and I wrote together. I forgot to write an author's note on it, so if you're reading this right now, please check it out and let me know what you liked, didn't like, and think could be improved. Constructive criticism is appreciated, just no flames, please. (man, that was a lot of commas) Let's see. I consider myself more naturally inclined to draw than to write. My DeviantArt account is called ihaveaninkling, so if you're feeling stalkerish come and check me out. (And yes, my profile pic is one of mine) As for my writing style, it's definitely still developing, so bear with me, kay? I love Cornelia Funke's writing style. It's so rich and...artistic. (I was going to say chocolaty there for a moment :P) Same with the way Markus Zusak wrote The Book Thief. I'm a Christian, so you're not going to find slash or cursing in my stories. Just a warning. However, I do like whump. So if you have a Loki!whump craving, just let me know and I'll fix some up for you. :3 I've been rambling for a couple paragraphs now, so here's my fandoms: 1. Star Trek, as you can probably guess from my user name. This was my first fandom. Mom introduced me to TNG when I was four, though I will now always be a die-hard TOS girl. Seriously. This is my geeky core, people. I'm the kid that reads the Trek Encyclopedia in her spare time. I can tell you the synopsis of every episode of the ANIMATED series. I'm a scary fangirl. 2. Doctor Who. My best friend introduced me to this fantastic show in 2014. I was hooked instantly. My favorite Doctor is Ten, with Nine, Twelve, and Four battling it out for second place. Why no Eleven? Don't get me wrong, Matt's adorable and I love him, but...I don't know. He just never struck me the way the others did. Maybe that's because he had the unfortunate job of taking over from David Tennant. I still can't watch his Doctor's premier episode without getting really depressed. :P 3. Sherlock. 'Cause, you know. Ben Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman!! 4. My Little Pony Friendship is Magic. My sister got me hooked to this show. At first I watched just because I liked the animation style. Now I watch 'cause those little ponies have hacked my brain and now I can't stop thinking about them!!! :) 5. Anything and everything Tolkien-verse. My dad invited me to watch the movies with him and shortly there after I read the books. Truly an epic world. 6. Marvel Cinematic Universe. This is the newest one. And it's all Abby's fault. Because of her, I can't stop thinking of Loki fanfictions. But I'll get her back, and I'll do it with Doctor Who and David Tennant! BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! But seriously. Loki is awesome, you can't deny it. And Coulson. And Dr. Banner. 7. Avatar: The Last Airbender. I really love this cartoon. Awesome, engaging characters, a classic plot, beautiful animation, and kick-butt high energy fight sequences. 'Nuff said. 8. RWBY. Yet another show to thank my best friend for. (Thanks, Tarin) But RWBY has got to be the best American-made anime I've ever seen. If you like fantasy and epic fight-scenes, this is the anime for you. So. I'm going to sign off now. Typing all that gave me cramps. Cheers!! |
