 Author has written 14 stories for Mass Effect. I live in the Oregon high desert and the morning sunrises are great motivation to get up and start my day. I love RPGs, especially Mass Effect and the Elder Scrolls, but others high on my list are The Witcher and Kingdoms of Amalur. Each game has its own pros and cons, and while I love the Elder Scrolls games for their open environment, the depth of the characters in Mass Effect pretty much blew me away, which is why I decided to write the fanfics for that collection. The developers provided a great basis for the imagination to just run wild, and I found myself filling in the gaps. When I found the FanFiction page one day, totally by accident, my thought was "I can do this." I hope you enjoy what I write. I'm open to constructive criticism of any and all kinds, my writing is no exception. The other writers on FanFiction are incredibly talented and supportive. It is a tremendous nurturing environment, and I'm very glad I found it. My current stories in chronological order: QuickShots II: 2-26. Background stories on Benezia, Liara, and primary OCs like Liara's First, Riana Iregos. (for those who haven't read any of the stories yet, a 'First' is selected from the commandos of the house to serve as a personal bodyguard to the heir apparent of the larger Asari houses) and her personal pilot, Judea Voni, et al. QuickShots I: 1-16. Prequel stories to introduce you to my Shepard and people important to her. You will also meet a number of OCs here. First Life - Book 1 in the Chronicles of Samantha Shepard. Complete novelization of ME1 (mostly canon), and my very first FanFic... but always working to improve it. As I reread parts for reference and I find errors, I fix them. So, please, if you happen to be reading and see something, let me know! QuickShots I: 17-23. Sequential, spaced through First Life (ME1) QuickShots I: 24. Between First LIfe and Book 2, Only Hope Remains Only Hope Remains - Book 2 in the Chronicles of Samantha Shepard. Complete, but not necessarily happy with it...it's too short. There is lots of room for more detail to be added of Liara's life between Shepards of ME1 and ME2, but it's hard to write of such dark days. Maybe eventually I'll get there. There may be some additions that I come up with while I review it for potential QuickShots, so we'll see. Complete novelization of ME3, quite a bit of original and AU material, while trying to remain true to the primary storyline. Title inspired by Emily Dickinson poem (Because I could not stop for Death, c.1863). The Promise of After - Book 5 in the Chronicles of Samantha Shepard. First year after the conclusion of the Reaper War. Shepard heals from her injuries and still has to deal with worlds left in ruin. The Council sends the Normandy on a Victory Tour that forces her to deal with the heavy cost of the war as they mourn their dead. Shepard, her family and her friends begin their own recoveries — concluding as Shepard and Liara secure their own 'happily ever after' ending. Hooley on the Normandy - A Desert Sunrise/Old Gamer co-authored short written for St Patty's Day, a modified version of which will eventually be part of 'The Promise of After.'
