Author has written 36 stories for Hunger Games, Mortal Instruments, and Red Dawn. Okay. It's been nearly three years now. I'm sure a lot of you are wondering what happened to me. No, I'm not dead, nor did I fall down a hole with no laptop or wifi. Here's the thing: I got very sick. I'm not talking about physically, but more mentally and emotionally. I have been struggling in real life off my computer screen for a very, very long time and everything was getting on top of me. School work; home life; losing friends . . . It was all too much for me. And having to focus on my writing at the same time? No, I couldn't do it. I was making myself sick. I had to stop. There are too many works here on this profile; too many different stories so many people want to see finished. And I'm sorry. I'm so, so sorry. I don't think they'll ever get finished. I can't properly articulate how disgusted I am with myself for having to leave so much work unfinished. I hate that I'm disappointing so many people. I can't stand it. I didn't even want to log back in here after so long not touching the account, but I always hated it when writers disappeared without a trace and no explanation as to why. I decided that after so long, you all deserved an honest explanation. And that honest explanation is that I'm probably never going to return to my writing. I'm leaving my stories up for any and every one who wish to read them. Writing fanfiction under this alias was some of the best years of my life and the love and support I constantly received on a daily basis from you guys was what kept me going. But eventually even the most loved engines malfunction and break down. I will miss writing fanfiction with all of my heart and my deepest regret is how I'm disappointing so many people. I can only hope you can find it in yourselves to forgive me. I am truly sorry. Hey Everybody! I'm CupcakeSprinkles and I'm a HUGE Hunger Games fan. I'm also a huge Everlark supporter and if anyone who supports Galniss or whatever the hell it's called comes within five feet of me I won't think twice before sending an arrow through your heart. And I do archery. . .and I never miss. Gadge supporters are welcome though! Everlark has always been my initial ship but it has been overtaken by an obsession with Peetato. It has fallen to number two in my list of 'Who I ship Peeta with' and will probably never get back to one as Peetato has now taken the number one spot. I don't care about what haters think, Peeta and Cato were made for each other. And if anyone tries to argue with me, I will always defend my ship, even if it is slowly sinking from lack of interest from other people. WE NEED MORE PEETATO SHIPPERS!!!!!!! I also support Clato, Glarvel, Jale, Odesta, Pale and Hayffie!!! :D Yeah, I'm a yaoi girl and I'am proud! I support both gay and straight couples! Whoop whoop! Hooray! _ I'm also completely obsessed with The Mortal Instruments. I'm a heavy Malec shipper and I'd do anything to see them happy together. I will ship them even though they are currently broken up and am confident they will reunite in City of Heavenly Fire. Ok, here's the lowdown, I mostly do 'M' rated stories but I DON'T HAVE A DIRTY MIND! All my stories will have a plot and will not be pure smut. I'll be doing this as tastefully as possible as well. Most of the 'M' rating will be for violence anyway. Chained Hearts-Rated M-Hunger Games: Katniss and Peeta i.e Everlark AU-In a world were women dominate the small country of Panem and men are deemed only useful for reproduction, slavery, or pleasure and love has been unheard of for over 100 years, how will Katniss cope with falling in love with her Auntie Effie's new Slave, Peeta Mellark? Will love conquer all or will she listen to Johanna and 'Zip her mouth before she gets herself into trouble.'? Stories currently writing/written: A never ending routine called love. Never grow up. Blood lust. I'll look after You. Control Me. Hold on to Me.Ideas in the works: The Hardships of a Fangirl: Katniss hadn't liked him. She really hadn't. But when she randomly decides to read a book series and becomes obsessed, Katniss discovers what it's like to love something with everything she is. When a movie for her books goes into production, an actor called Peeta Mellark is hired to be her favourite character. Katniss falls for Peeta, beginning a tail of unrequited love, a story of one-sided adoration. "You don't understand. I would die for him and he literally doesn't even know I exist." (Fangirl!Katniss and Celebrity!Peeta)Peeta and Cato i.e Peetato: Stories currently writing/written: Torn Between and Rusted Gold. Chosen, Chafed, Changed Sharing. Omega (alpha/beta/omega) Attack of the Incubus (one shot incubus!Cato) Six Days (one shot) The officer and Loverboy (one shot slutty!Peeta and officer!Cato) Educating Peeta (College AU teacher!Cato and student!Peeta. Now called 'But He's my Teacher')Ideas in the works: Painted Gold: When Pharaoh Brutus dies under suspicious circumstances, his son Cato comes into power as his successor. Cato has a wife, Clove, but is expected to take a mistress. Someone to use for sexual desires when not with his wife for the terms of reproduction. Cato shocks the entire kingdom by choosing a man, something that had never happened before in history. He chooses the timid boy with the bright blue eyes and paints him gold as a sign of ownership. Peeta doesn't know how he got himself into this mess. And he doesn't know how he's going to get out of it, either. (Egyptian times AU Pharaoh!Cato and Mistress!Peeta) Beastly (Peetato development of the book 'Beastly'): Cato is the arrogant jock, a straight shooter and a shoe-in for Prom King. On prom night, Glimmer Sparkles-the whimsical and envious witch-curses him with a twisted appearance and the promise that if he didn't find love within two years, he would stay that way forever. No longer part of his friend's inner circle, Cato becomes an outcast. No one wants him now that he isn't beautiful. But when the new boy, brave and eccentric Peeta Mellark-a boy who Cato had bullied as soon as he entered the school-starts spending time with him, Cato realizes that beauty is in the eye of the beholder and comes in many shapes and sizes. It comes from within. P.E.E.T.A : Cato is a spy hidden within the government, having worked his way up the ranks enough to know system secrets. The government leader, Cornelius Snow, confides in him the truth of their greatest weapon. The secret as to they had kept control so long. The Preservation, Elimination, Espionage and Traitor Assassination system or 'P.E.E.T.A' for short. A boy taken from his mother from birth and trained and conditioned from a tender age to become a professional assassin. P.E.E.T.A doesn't make mistakes. He has no mercy and will kill anyone he is programmed to kill. Along with being an experiment baby, 'P.E.E.T.A' is the only reason the government still has a hold on the population. When Cato's cover is blown and he is exposed as a spy, he must go on the run from the thing he had been trying to save. From 'P.E.E.T.A'. (Future AU. Conditioned assassin!Peeta and traitor!Cato) Spraying Glitter: When Clove convinced Cato to go to a strip club, he had been reluctant. But once he lays eyes upon glittered showered dancer 'Loverboy', his opinions on the practice is completely altered. He just hoped he had his bank card with him. He was going to be visiting the ATM a lot. (Stripper!Peeta. Probably going to be written as a one-shot). Dead Ringer: Peeta and Cato were together for many years, living as vampires but hiding behind a mortal facade. When Peeta is killed in a fire, Cato must learn to adapt to life on his own. Twenty five years after the accident, a dead ringer for Peeta appears at an arson attempt Cato is investigating. He looks like Peeta, sounds like Peeta, has the same attitudes and marks as Peeta. Except one thing. He's mortal. (Vampire!Peeta and Vampire!Cato. Vaguely based off an episode of 'Moonlight') Blackpool-Basically a rewrite, based in the 'Torn Between' universe. The initial idea for those two stories escaped me while writing them and I never got to reach the end of the original plot because I went so off track. So, if I ever have time, I'm planning on maybe returning to this universe and rewriting it but sticking to the plot I had planned when I first started writing 'Torn Between' and before I went haywire and left the plot behind. The Fine Line Between Obsessed and Crazy: On the 14th of March 2009, Cato Hadley was placed under arrest for trafficking drugs and being part of the notorious Career Gang. He had been under suspicion but the deal was sealed when Cato's boyfriend, Peeta Mellark, reported him to the police for his crimes. Five years later, still hung up on his boyfriend but still angry with him for betraying him, Cato is released on parole and has only one thing on his mind: revenge. The Purge: Peeta breaks up with his boyfriend Cato at the wrong time. Two weeks before the Purge. Features a VERY dark Cato. (Based off 'The Purge 2013'). Sixth Sense: Cato is hired to look after Peeta Mellark, a boy who was being stalked by his ex-boyfriend, Marvel Winters. During their time together, they grow close and form a bond with each other. Cato began to love everything about the boy he was hired to protect, but he couldn't help noticing that he was different from anyone he'd ever met before. He took weird turns, was hyper-sensitive to his surroundings, and wasn't capable of relaxing. When he was mad, doors would slam and lights would flicker, when he was happy bulbs would explode and catch fire, and the first time they were intimate, the power went out in the entire street. The more he got to know the endangered boy, the more Cato realized that everything wasn't as simple as it seemed. Why did Peeta act so strange and what exactly did his boyfriend want with him? (Supernatural fic). The Final Request: Cato's best friend Marvel is killed in a car accident and leaves a will in the bottom of the drawer by his bed. At the bottom of the list, there is a request. "I ask my best friend Cato to look after my dearest fiance Peeta, as the thought of him being on his own kills me even to think of now. He needs someone to look out for him, both in the sense of domestic demands and sexual desires." This story follows Cato as he fights to fulfill his best friend's final request, struggling to get Peeta to open up to him and let his partner's death wish come true. But Peeta is stubborn, and he isn't going to let Cato in easily. The Divide (Requested by a friend of a friend, based off the movie The Divide): After a catastrophic apocalypse, Cato and Peeta-soon to be married partners-hide out in their building's basement to wait out what seems to be the holocaust with a group of others. Among them are the building's maintenance manager Haymitch Abernathy, brothers Gale and Rory, mother and daughter Rose and Primrose Everdeen, and rude and short-tempered Katniss. After getting sealed in from the outside world by an unknown source, the group are forced to live in the basement for an unattainable amount of time, with only a few tins of food and one tank of water. The longer they are trapped in the claustrophobic conditions, the further into madness they descend. “Once you are defiled, you can't get back your purity by any means, instead, you will only look for ways to be defiled over and over again.” (Contains dark themes: violence, swearing, sexual violence and gruesome images). Fifty Shades of Hadley: Peeta is an innocuous boy, as pure as snow and as innocent as a child's dream. He has always been focused on following the path set out for him, and things like fun, living and, most importantly, sex has never came up before. When he starts temping in the Capitol building, he runs into Cato Hadley, the owner of the business and overall boss of everyone working in it. Peeta adores his boss, immediately developing a schoolgirl crush on him, and unintentionally catches the man's attention, his innocence easy to spot among the older, boring people surrounding them. When Cato asks him out, he has no idea what world he is about to be sucked into. Because Cato Hadley has a secret. A secret Peeta will soon discover and become a part of . . . (BDSM. Dom!Cato and Sub!Peeta) The Hypnotist: Cato is a master hypnotist. He can manipulate anyone and anything into saying or doing what he wants. But the interest in hypnotism died out with magicians and illusionists and Cato can't get a job. He's bitter and resentful, using his talent to get people into bed and to do what he wanted without complaint. On the eve of the Winter Solstice, Cato meets Peeta Mellark, a young boy who had an unattainable beauty he had never encountered before. Except one thing: he was immune to Cato's hypnotist powers. How will Cato get the boy he desires without the help of the one thing he always depended on? Solitude: Everyone knows that the Mellark family are cursed. Every single one of them seems to die under horrific circumstances. When Maria Mellark is killed in a tragic car accident, it leaves only one of them left. The youngest son Peeta, who no one knows anything about other than he is the youngest and that he prefers to be alone. Cato is hired as a groundskeeper to look after the Mellark mansion and tries to find out more about the elusive boy who likes to keep to himself about his family history and hides in his room for the majority of the day. Cato's time in the mansion helps him unlock secrets about the Mellark family and the deeper he delves, the more he discovers about the boy who keeps to himself and his damaged past, the reason why he chooses solitude over company. Crazy for you: Cato is an aspiring physiologist and is one of the youngest to ever be given a job at the local asylum for the criminally insane. The first patient he is ever given is Peeta Mellark, a mad boy who killed his mother and has been diagnosed as mentally disturbed. Cato must find out why and decipher the extent of the boy's illness with unorthodox and torturous methods he had spent his entire life studying. But there's something different about this boy, and Cato was never going to look at his job the same way ever again. DILF: It's senior year and Cato's best friend Clove had just moved away to a different district. By scary coincidence, a new student-Madge Undersee-comes along almost to take her place. Cato and Madge befriend each other, drawn together by their loneliness and need for company, and almost instantly click with each other. One day, when they're at Madge's house studying, Cato meets her father. You've heard the term MILF plenty of times in local media, well meet Peeta Mellark, the first ever DILF. Cato knew that he had a thing for people older than him but never did he think he would want someone twenty years older than him. But he couldn't deny it, Mr Mellark wore maturity well. One in a Million: Peeta and Cato dated in high school. After a drunken misunderstanding at prom, they part ways and lead completely different lives. Cato becomes rich, famous and successful while Peeta gets married and lives a basic life with his fiance Marvel. Twenty years after they parted ways, Cato's name is a household name in the entirety of Panem and every one knows who he is while Peeta and Marvel have fallen into debt. On a completely normal day, Cato randomly shows up at their house, offering them a million dollars for a weekend with Peeta, curious as to how their lives would have been if they hadn't split. Desperately needing the money, the couple agree. Will sparks fly between the old flames over the weekend or will it just fizzle out? Never Leave Me. Ever: High School relationships never survive. After a diagnosis of extreme bi-polar and depression, Cato and Peeta are trapped in a constant cycle of abuse and tears. Constantly fighting, Peeta screams at Cato in anger while Cato himself puts holes in walls. But it's not always like that. The moments of refuge are worth the fights. Both know that they can't live like this, but who will be the first to crack? Stay with Me: Peeta suffers from Kleine-Levin syndrome, meaning that he can sleep on end, uninterrupted, for weeks, maybe even months. Having had the condition ever since he was a child, Peeta hasn't been conscious for any more than two weeks a month. His boyfriend, Cato, has been by his side ever since they met in High School and hasn't been deterred by Peeta's illness. When a tragic accident occurs while he's asleep and Cato is left to tell him when he wakes up, Peeta begins to fight the illness that has ruled his life ever since he was a child. Their relationship is tested as Peeta fights himself and his disease, refusing to give up until he has conquered it. Throughout Time (inspired by the Time Traveler's Wife): Cato had been Peeta's life ever since he was five years old. At five, he was just a parent in the playground. At seven, he was the man in the ice cream van. At fifteen, he was the school councilor. Twenty, a barman. The intervals between their meetings were just long enough that Peeta couldn't remember ever having met Cato, but Cato always remembered meeting Peeta. Because that's the thing. When he was given the gift of time travel, he had promised he would use it well. He used it to look after the boy he always loved but never got to touch. To make sure he lead a good life. Runaway Bride: Cato and Peeta are about to get married when the older of the two gets cold feet and runs away. Little does Cato know, the man he left at the altar isn't the sort to just let him go just like that. He finds out that Peeta is on his trail, following him where-ever he goes. He will soon learn a lesson he will never forget. You DON'T leave Peeta Mellark at the altar. God Save Panem: Cato is the President of Panem. He runs the most prestigious annual competition called The Hunger Games, having inherited it, as well as his presidency from his grandfather Snow. At the reaping of the 74th Games, the male tribute from 12 immediately captures Cato's attention. He decides that the boy wouldn't compete in the Games and would instead live with him, to be forced to be his partner for the rest of his life. At first, the boy is stubborn and difficult, but love eventually begins to blossom between the two as a familiar incident draws them together. For the Mortal Instruments: Aquaphobia-Rated M-Mortal Instruments: Alec and Magnus: Vampires, Werewolves, Fairies, Warlocks. These are all the known Downworlders. Except, there's another. Alec had kept his secret very well over the years. but when he's forced to a party hosted by a downworlder, a certain warlock sees right through his fake facade, immediately curious and wanting to know more. Will Alec let him in, or just block him out, like everyone else? Other idea in the works: Through the eyes of Alec Lightwood: Alec has always been an anomaly. He's always felt different. He's always known that he was wrong. A disgrace, a disgusting person, because of who he was. Isabelle said to pay no notice to Clave and their rules, but he always knew she was just saying that to save him the pain of knowing the truth that he was a freak. All because he was gay, something that didn't seem that big in comparison to the real problems but apparently had an astronomical effect on the foundation of their society. (Basically the TMI series through Alec's POV). Alec Doesn't Swear: (Inspired by a line in CoHF that captured my interest): "Alec hardly ever swore, and when he did, he muttered." Clary isn't there 24/7 so it's understandable that she didn't realize. Alec DID swear, a lot actually, but only one person could get it out of him. An exploration into the many times Magnus Bane got Alec Lightwood to swear in bed. The Warlock and the Shadowhunter: No one believed the relationship would work. I mean, could you really blame them? It's a Warlock and a Shadowhunter, and they're both male for that matter. The Clave will be on them before they even manage to have their first kiss. A look into how Magnus and Alec's relationship inspired hundreds of others to express their sexuality and not care what anyone thinks. If anyone's writing a Peetato or Everlark story and would like a banner/cover made for their story, just send me a PM with the outline of the plot (maybe you won't even need to, I'll probably have already read it!) and I'll make you a cover. I'm generally fast with it but if there's a delay, I'll always let you know. If you're unsure about it, some of the banners I've made in the past, generally for myself, are in an album on my photobucket (link above). Or just look at some of my stories below, most of the covers were made by me! (: Why should you review a story? copied from WeirdGrammar Writers- all of them, from famous authors to subtle FF writers- ALL depend on the feedback from our readers. Vision Dominican brought up an interesting albeit tragically true idea: "Lack of reviews is the greatest killer of fan fic writers out there. We at the institute wish to let the public know of how they can pitch in to save our dying writers.
What you call being "too lazy to review" is what we call "a flame to the pages" as the writers. That one minute or two that you felt "too lazy" to review is another minute of creeping discouragement that all writers feel as they begin to think... "Why am I even here…?" "What's even the point of continuing?" "My skills must be terrible…no one cares for my story…" "I'll never be a good writer...I quit." These are only a few thoughts that go through every writer's head- that go through MY head- when we put out a chapter / story with all our heart and soul within, and we sit there…and sit…and wait…and not a single person says even a word. If you're not a writer, you have NO IDEA how much that hurts… If you ARE a writer, then I'm sure you know just how great it feels when someone is kind enough to leave a heartwarming and encouraging review, and you read it, smiling while thinking…"Hell Yeah!...I did it…" So, why not give fellow writers the same luxury here? Too many times I've seen epic and utterly beautiful works of literary art fall to pieces before finally being abandoned due to the terrible discouragement that the lack of reviews can cause. Sometimes, it is so severe that the very writer himself decides to quit, denying the world his skills of writing that I'm it would have deeply enjoyed. So… Just one minute, that's all it takes. Just a few gentle taps of the fingers on your keyboard, a few seconds or so of your time, and your words can SAVE a writer from a dark demise. Do me a favor: Go find a story, ANY story, anywhere here on , and see if you can help it. If it has very little / no reviews at all, just check it out, and say whatever comes to mind. And enjoy the thought in mind that you could have just SAVED that story, with just a few taps of the keyboard… If you agree with what I have said then please copy and paste any part of this story you wish onto your profile. Modify it in any way you see fit; there is no need to use my exact words. You make it say what you want it to say. HOMOPHOBIA IS STUPID!! I am the boy who never finished high school, because I got called a fag everyday. I am the girl kicked out of her home, because I confided in my mother I'm a lesbian. I am the prostitute working the streets, because no one will hire a transsexual woman. I am the sister who holds her gay brother tight through the painful, tear-filled nights. We are the parents who buried our daughter long before her time. I am the man who died alone in the hospital because they would not let my partner of 27 years into the room. I am the foster child who wakes up with nightmares of being taken away from the two fathers who are the only loving family I have ever had. I wish they could adopt me. I am not one of the lucky ones. I killed myself weeks before graduating high school. It was just too much to bear. We are the couple who had the realtor hang up on us because she found out we wanted to rent a one-bedroom for two men. I am the person who never knows which bathroom I should use if I want to avoid getting the management called on me. I am the mother who is not even allowed to even visit the children I bore, nursed, and raised. The court says I am unfit mother because I now live with another woman. I am the domestic-violence survivor who found the support system grow suddenly cold and distant when they found out my abusive partner is also a woman. I am the domestic-violence survivor who has no support system to turn to because I am male. I am the father who has never hugged his son because I grew up afraid to show affection to other men. I am the home-economics teacher who always wanted to teach gym until somebody told me only lesbians do that. I am the woman who died when the EMTs stopped treating me as soon as they realized I was transsexual. I am the person who feels guilty because I think I could be a much better person if I didn't always have to deal with society hating me. I am the man who stopped attending church, not because I don't believe, but because they closed their doors to my kind. I am the person who has to hide what this world needs most: love. I am the person ashamed to tell my own friends I'm a lesbian, because they constantly make fun of them. I am the boy tied to the fence, beaten to a bloody pulp and left to die because two straight men wanted to "teach me a lesson". THAT'S MESSED UP! IF YOU BELIEVE HOMOPHOBIA IS WRONG...REPOST THIS!
