I am mainly a sci-fi geek who recently got into fanfiction "thanks to" the huge gap between Torchwood season 2 and season 3, which will air, we are sure, at some point of 2009, hopefully before the withdrawal symptons get too much. So, as you can imagine, I write mostly Torchwood and orignal fiction.

I am a slow writer, mainly because I like to polish and edit and re edit until I'm happy with every word, which takes time. And yes, I know that never really works: every time I go back and read some of my old stories, I think "I could have done this better". Still, I try. That is why you will most likely never see me publish stories as they are being written: I will write the whole thing, edit it a couple of times, with a couple of weeks cooling period in between, and then start posting. Cookies to bribe the muses with appreciated, but it won't get you an early peek at my writing, unless you are one of my betas :)I like character study, and, in fact, most of the stories I ever started, and all the ones I have managed to finish have more character study and introspection than plot, although there is always some plot, in anything over 10k words.

I do appreciate feedback both about style and content, and healthy debates about whether the characters are in character or not, and about whether or not you agree with how they react to the storyline. But, be warned, I am very passionate about my writing and about the characters I write about. You have your views, I have mine, and we can agree to disagree if they are not the same and still carry on reading, can't we? :)
