Hi guys, been a while, hasn’t it?

I am amazed, I’m still getting follows and likes even all these years later. It’s been 8 years since I posted my first fanfiction. You all truly inspire me to go on, even when life tries to convince me to quit creating.

That said, I’m starting to focus on original fiction. I’ve been dealing with depression and anxiety for years and years now, even back when I first started here on ff.n, but I didn’t know it back then.

Having these mental health issues has shaped my life. For a long time, I felt misunderstood and alone, ashamed, and like I had to keep all my problems secret.

It was recently that I started to accept that the reason I felt so alone, is because other people who I could connect with also felt like they had to hide themselves. So we walk around this world, each hiding what we think is ugly, not accepting that if we shared our ugliness with each other we wouldn’t feel as ashamed.

So that’s what I’m setting out to do. I recently started a blog on wordpress where I am going to focus on posting three different things.

The first, and main thing I’m going to post are original short stories.

The second series I’m going to focus on is something I’m calling my ‘Stream of Consciousness’ works. These are basically journal entries, where I sit down and write everything and anything that comes to mind, letting my natural train of thought take full control and just acting as it’s vessel while I type it out. My goal for this series is twofold. One, I want to better understand and follow my own thoughts. And two, I hope by sharing my own thoughts and feelings, it will help others not feel as alone.

The third is a small part of the blog. It’s where I post pictures that I’ve taken that make me happy. Mostly flowers, if I’m honest. But I like them.
