 Author has written 5 stories for Harry Potter, Game of Thrones, Captain America, and Avengers. Hello all! My name is Amelia, although I also go by Amy. I'm a Canadian gal who has a preforming arts and dance degree, and has recently decided to go back to university to get an English degree. Due to being busy with school, my updates may come in slowly but I'll do my best. My editing jobs are also sub-par. Writing to me remains a hobby, and I try not to obsess too much over small details in non-academic related things. Therefore, I am sorry for all the small mistakes I make but hey, none of us are perfect! I'll do my best but no promises. I draw a lot of inspiration from Canadian authors such as Margret Atwood and Joseph Boyden. I am also very inspired by Sylvia Plath, Douglas Adams, Patrick Ness, George R. R. Martin, J. R. R. Tolkien, J.K. Rowling, C. S. Lewis, Kurt Vonnegut, and many, many, more. I am also a big film nerd, and I'm sure at some point I'll begin to write fics based on movies as well. I consider myself an intersectional feminist, and many of my writings reflect my personal political beliefs. Should anyone have a problem with it, they are free to PM me but I would ask people refrain from any kind of hate speech or attacks on personal character. I also will admit that as someone of European decent and a cis female, I acknowledge there are things I am still culturally and socially ignorant on. I ask that people simply correct me on my writing should I say anything that is inaccurate or lacking in any form of political correctness or decency. Obviously, I try my best but we never learn if we're not corrected, right? If you have any questions, feel free to PM me!
