I'm an old hand at wanting to write Sci-fi but waiting for my little guy to grow up to do it was driving me NUTS! Heck, I even started painting in Acrylics and Crocheting Afghans. (Also in acrylic-gasp!) So, I decided to go off the deep end just a little less and write TMNT Fanfiction. I anticipate a wild ride that I never really walk away from.

EDIT: I now have 22 stories published on Deviantart.com-- go there to read; romance, medical mystery and tragedy genre fiction. On dA, I am only one of many, many wonderful fanfiction writers sharing in a very easy to publish and correct display format. It's beyond worth making the switch. And shall be creating a TMNTFanfic group for dA shortly to display all the wonderful genres there!

Found that quote and stole it since it describes me eerily well... and I try to teach myself better regularly... & it never freaking sticks!

Otherwise, I am a friendly person who enjoys meeting new people and seeing new ways of examining old favorites. I rarely shy away from any subject because at 18, I trained to be a Crisis Hotline Volunteer. Other random trivia: I was born the date Astronomers claim is the corrected date of birth for Jesus-- April 17th. Yes, it still freaks me out.

I've been hurt by fandom fanatics before. This makes me a little thick skinned but also paranoid. Forgive my desire to share the murky thoughts I have with you.

AS A WRITER: I Expect, DESIRE, WANT and HOPE for responses to my writing about the writing. Nothing improves in a vacuum... especially not artists of any stripe. I believe you, if you say it is something in the writing that you are talking about. I try to leave as little trace of myself on the page as possible so you can enjoy the story. So, please do talk about it!

For those of this Fandom who expect to be able to vomit any kind of response on others simply because they object to writings or artistic license-- BITE ME! I am no coward but I am not gentle about self-defense and even my klutz points tend to land close to home when I get riled. I'm just very bluntly honest and honestly... I don't want to have another miscarriage cause I was harried online. So, feel pride and know I won't bother posting turtlecest here. There are more than enough places for me to do so. (Like LJ, , Stealthy Stories, and deviantArt and won't you guys be boned for really good stories here because of it. Heyah!)
