That's really interesting. i think i always just assumed, that, like human babies, the turtles memories didnt start until age three or four. but its really interesting to read from the point of view of a normal, non-mutant baby turtle. much kudos and thanks and virtual hugs! ()

Wow. This is a really, really neat idea. It would really explain a lot about Leo, that's for certain. I never really thought a lot about what had happened to them before they got turned into mutants, but you've made what could have been a really fascinating thought! I really like the way you described how Leo acted and thought when he was a hatchling too. The world through his eyes then must have been very big and very confusing, and you showed that really well. Everything was just great, to be perfectly honest.

Wow, this is really interesting! Leo was part of another clutch of egges and he was the youngest. But some accident happen and killed all the other tutrles but Leo. Now Leo is put back with three other eggs that hold Mikey, Raph, and Don. It's very intersting that Leo was once the youngest sibling. At first I didn't realize this until later in the fic. I like how you portrayed Leo's mind as an animal without a humanlike mind.

Actually, I wouldn't insult this by calling it an AU. A character reassessment or perhaps a wonderful idea that brings true (useful) depth to the character.

I like this and think it is more powerful than ANY other explanation of Leo's OCD and paranoia regarding his brothers than anything anyone has written based on moments after the turtles gained Sentience.

I am so glad I randomly clicked on this. I will definitely cite this or some variation of it in my personality concepts of the character. It just so works and moreso that it works based on the randomness of fate that allowed him the chance to appreciate what happened as well. mucho amor!

There is no way to describe this little drabble as anything other than beautiful! The sentences read wonderfully poetically, and the story itself feels very RIGHT.
