I am sorry to announce this and sorry for not doing this earlier. My Naruto fics are on hold for the time being as I have officially dropped the manga or in other worlds stopped reading it. The last place that I remember is the part where Kushina tells of how the Kyuubi was sealed inside of Naruto. Minato choosing to die with Kushina instead of raising Naruto was the absolute last straw that I could take. I was putting up with it for a very long time but that pushed me over the edge. It is very hard to writing about something when that something pissed you off.

Regardless I will still respect Kishimoto for having written such a good story at the beginning, no matter what he does next I will still wish him the best of luck. When I do continue I will know nothing of the events after the Kushina Minato back story neither would I want to know. So do not tell me that I am wrong or this isn't right in the canon, it will only serve to irritate me.

I am currently writing a Harry Potter fic that I hope to finish. The above is the main reason that I switched to reading Harry Potter fics as Harry Potter has ended a long time ago and that I have used that time to just ignore some of the events in the sixth and seven books (shiver). Despite the flaws and events that doesn't make any sense, I still respect Rowling for creating one of the best book series that I have ever read.

I do not approve of fanfiction writers that bash the original authors because it doesn't make sense. Why would you bash the author and yet write fanfiction based on their story. If it is to show off your skills then go write an original story and get it publish and make money. It is more productive that way.
