I enjoy anime and games that are story focused and of a relatively lighter nature. Top titles that come to mind would be Final Fantasy, Fire Emblem, and Mass Effect due to their heavy and interesting stories. Conversely, this also means I don't enjoy games such as Fallout. Although I'm sure they do have good stories, they are simply too dark for me to enjoy any more.

I am also a fan of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, and have been for a couple years now. It certainly wasn't something I ever pictured myself enjoying, but now I find it extremely relaxing to lay back on the couch and watch some happy colorful ponies with decent music and the assurance that nobody will die in some horribly heart-wrenching way. Yeah, I'm looking at you, Attack on Titan.

I've just lost inspiration to write any of these stories.

It's funny. Every time I go back and read these stories, the quality of the writing in them just gets worse and worse. Now it's almost physically painful to read them. How could I ever have released something like these? At this point, Golden Sun and Darkness Reigns Supreme are the only stories of mine that are even worth anything to me, and even that might change the more I develop. I've ranked the stories below by my perceived quality.

Tales of the Oppressed:

The longest and most popular of my stories, my first entry into the mlp fandom, and the first story I ever finished. When I started this story, I set out to write the story of a character who would experience the very same lessons I did when watching the show; simple, seemingly common sense lessons that we all should have learned, but in today's day and age, they become harder and harder to appreciate. Thus, I started with a character who didn't believe in friendship, and later chose to develop him through interactions with the mane 6. Granted, my love of anime seeped into it, but I have no shame about that.

A Wilted Flower:

The first tragedy I've ever written. I didn't know if I could do it considering my dislike of dark subject material, but with the support of my friends and fans, I set out to tell more of the backstory of Tales of the Oppressed.The story is currently on hold as I finish rewriting the first arc of Tales of the Oppressed.
