WORLD AIDS DAY DECEMBER 1ST. PLEASE SUPPORT THIS IMPORTANT CAUSE. Hmmm let me think of something to say for my profile. I have two little fish, and I live in Sotland. One of my worst fashion disasters (there have been plenty and I still continue to have them) was a bright yellow T shirt with a purple and white ra-ra skirt. It seemed like a good idea at the time! Stupidest thing I've ever said: 'Do hens lay eggs?' I saw a lovely quote on The Hunger Site; it said 'We do not inherit the earth from our ancestors, we borrow it from our children.' If you type 'the hunger site' into Google, then you can click the button to show your support for hunger relief efforts. There are also links there to the Breast Cancer site, the Child Health site, the Literacy site, the Rainforest site, and the Animal Rescue site. Please click on the buttons on all these pages to help all these causes. It's completely free and only takes a second! My favourite pairing is HarryDraco (when they're adults), then after that SiriusRemus. One of the most AMAZING stories I have ever read is 'Our Happy Ending' by kyliemou on fanfiction.net. It's absolutely beautiful. I always get tears in my eyes when I read it, and I always discover something new about it that I missed before. I can't believe that such a short story has so many wonderful sentiments. It's just so beautiful. Another wonderful HarryDraco story when they are grown up and have a family is 'Family' by Danu3. I think it has been removed from the site or under a different pen-name though, because when I now try and look for it it's not there. It's so touching and their relationship is described amazingly. It follows all the ups and downs of a family, with plenty of emotion, humour and excellent timing! If aanyone finds it, PLEASE let me know. My favourite TV programmes are Fawlty Towers and the US version of Queer as Folk. I know all the episodes of Fawlty Towers back to front and inside out and they still reduce me to absolute TEARS when I watch them! Queer as Folk is just amazing and heart-breaking and inspirational and witty and has an excellent script. And the two lead characters, played by Randy Harrison and Gale Harold, are just incredibly portrayed. I really hope you enjoy my stories and poems and the other nonsense I've posted. If they make you laugh, cry, or think, then I've done my job! I'll put a general disclaimer here: I don't own any of the characters or original songs to any of my stories. |
