Hey, my real name is Kirsty and I used to write for both Fanfiction and Fictionpress. My other alias' are A Different Kind of Yellow or Kirstills. I'm 30, I joined this website when I was 12 and haven't really strayed far from it; you do the math. I wrote my half-attempts at stories when I was in my early teens and have left them as they are because I'm not sure I could go back and finish them - but at the same time, don't want to delete them.

I'm Scottish born and bred, so any stories featuring it I keep a close eye on the descriptions of my lovely country. If you're going to write about Scotland, write the real names and no terrible Scottish lingo that nobody can understand when written :) Write what you know and you can't go wrong.

I'm sure you can tell which TV shows, books and films I like most - but my big favourites are still originals or crossovers to do with Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Twilight, CS Lewis stories and the Hunger Games.
