Greetings, this is the author page for Rutilus I.V...I haven't created any stories in ages, but I'm contemplating beginning a Mass Effect/ Doctor Who Crossover fic, and in the past started a self-insert (never finished) for Final Fantasy VII. I also once tried to create the 6th Harry Potter Book before J.K. Rowling published hers, but obviously that didn't work out because of reasons. :P

I am currently busy with job and college work stuff, so if I fail to update that would be why. I also seem to have this dilemma of getting a TON of awesome ideas for a fanfic, and with a great deal of plot, character development, action packed mystery with a twinge of horror and some romance...but after I have a few explosions of ideas, this seems to suck out all of the remaining creativity that would be involved to create the MIDDLE of the story. So I may just stick to reviewing and reading all of your lovely fanfictions, and eventually just create an original story from scratch. That might be part of the difficulty - I strive very hard to make sure fanfictions keep all of the characters in-character and only go through personality changes subtlely and in a way that would make sense in a real life situation. I am also pretty OCD about this and spelling/grammar as well. XD

I'm currently brainstorming ideas off a story idea I came up with about a year ago, and without giving anything away, the main genres are sci-fi thriller and mystery. With, of course, some action (aka EXPLOSIONS! :D) and romance, as well as horror. (Because what kind of good sci-fi thriller doesn't have horror?)

My favorite stories I like to read on here are: Mass Effect, (Garrus Vakarian FemShepard); Doctor Who (11th Doctor Amy Pond, 11th Doctor Dr. River Song, or Jack Harkness anybody); The Big Bang Theory, (Sheldon Cooper Penny); and occasionally Final Fantasy VII (Vincent Valentine or Chaos Yuffie Kisaragi); or Pokemon.
