Author has written 9 stories for Final Fantasy VII, and Shakespeare.

Hey there

So I finished Death Is Part of the Process. Thanks to everyone who encouraged, reviewed, liked, and read. It was good for me. I hope it was good for you too.

Welcome to my profile. I like writing stories, and I'm a fan of Final Fantasy, William Shakespeare, and Jane Austen (so unoriginal, me). I love a good laugh - the sillier and more random the humour, the better. If you like my fic or just want to chat about fic-writing, Turks, and FFVII in general, feel free to get in touch. More recently I have been posting my stories on A O 3, but DIPOTP only gets updates here (or will do, when I finally bite the bullet and start posting again).

Favourite genres: drama, gen-fic, romance, angst - and parodies. In my family, if we tease you, it means we love you.

Favourite topics: world-building, missing scenes from the Compilation, character backstory, prequels, sequels. I prefer fic that adheres to canon.

Favourite characters: the Turks, especially Tseng. Rufus. Aerith. Tifa. Barret. Zack, of course! Palmer. Reeve. I'm just a Shinra girl at heart.

In my day job I teach English and History. I'm a single mother with two teenage boys - I have them to thank for introducing me to Final Fantasy VII. Sometimes, thought, I think they wish they hadn't!

A useful site for FFVII fans is he Lifestream dot net, currently the best place on the internet for anyone interested in news about, or discussions about, FFVII, the Compilation, and other SE games. The site strives to be friendly and inclusive, and warmly welcomes new members (whereever they may happen to stand on the LTD!). It's a great place to get your questions about canon answered, and the pundits there are more reliable than the Wiki.

The Genesis Awards site has been abandoned and fallen into ruin, overrun by bots. As of now (May 2017) there are no fanfiction awards in this fandom that I know of.
