 Author has written 11 stories for Digimon, Harry Potter, Final Fantasy VII, Soul Eater, and Final Fantasy Agito XIII. Okay. Clearly I don't update these this profile enough. 2004, 2007, and now 2012. What to say? I've been living in Japan for about 6 years in total. I'm currently working as an English language instructor, and I'm also a student of Japanese-English visual media translation. In the future I hope to work in the field of comic and game translation, which has always been one of my big dreams. Although I don't write as much as I used to, I still like to read and write fanfiction, and see it as a kind of catharsis. Currently I'm finishing up a Soul Eater prompt set that I took up some years ago on the LiveJournal 42_souls community. Once that's done, I'll more or less retire from the Soul Eater fandom and move onto whatever catches my attention next - for now, it's looking like my new obsession will be Final Fantasy Type-Zero. Hobbies wise, I like gaming, reading comic books (and in general!), translating from Japanese-English, looking into the etymological sources of words, and history - especially Japanese history from the Heian, Bakumatsu and Showa periods.
