My name is Casey and I live on the edge of the forest. I've studied and continue to study English literature, historical linguistics and creative writing. For this site I've written Greek and 10 Things I Hate About You fanfiction (ages ago) but I've also written on Harry Potter and Doctor Who fanfiction websites. At this moment I am giving my attention to Arya/Gendry from A Song of Ice and Fire since I'm a sucker for romances between strong women and honorable, reserved men (Elizabeth and Darcy, anyone?). Yes, I know how Martin feels about fanfiction and while I do respect him I do not agree with his opinion. I write because I love his characters, as well as all the characters I write about, and only wish to borrow them to improve my writing and to entertain myself and my web friends while we wait for the next cannon installment.
