Author has written 12 stories for NCIS: Los Angeles, Ever After, How to Train Your Dragon, Star-Crossed, Stargate: SG-1, and StarTrek: Enterprise. Hello! I guess you could say that this is a sort of comeback for me. I was here originally for KOTOR fic but I ran into some problems and went into hiding. So I went to Kotorfanmedia and posted there but never finished the fics. My own personal shame. NCIS/ NCIS:LA Tony/Ziva ( As Charlie Brown says, "Oh good grief!") McGee/Abby (Seriously what is taking so long? Bud and Harriet were married and had five kids by now!) Jenny/Gibbs (I did like them while it lasted, but frankly it didn't end well when they were together, and it was never going to end well period. Gibbs cannot move on.) Sam/Michelle Eric/Nell (They're perfect for each other! I know some people say they're too alike, but I disagree. Little Nell now runs around with a gun!) Update: Vindication! For the first time in my life I like Nate. There are so many Nell/Callen supporters out there who I respect, but I have to admit I am so glad to know I definitely wasn't crazy or something for not "getting it." Little Nell, likes Eric it's a piece of her character officially now. Boy am I relieved. Thank you Nate, now go back to playing James Bond, see you next year. Kensi/Deeks (Confession, I don't particularly love Kensi, but Deeks finally managed to get my loyalty. However they are made for each other, so shipping them with other people is character assassination IMVHO) Callen/OC (I love Callen/OC stories. TPTB haven't seen fit to introduce anyone that he's been truly drawn too. So OC's fit better, and I'm writing one.) I do not understand Slashing characters who make it very clear that they're straight. About reviewing: I'm a writer who allows their work to be viewed by strangers, and *every* writer who shares their work with other people wants feedback. If they didn't want feedback, they'd hide their work in boxes in the back of closets or under their beds. Since nobody asked me to share my work, I don't feel it's right to publically beg anyone to tell me what they think. I don't review every story I read, for various reasons, I don't expect everyone who reads my work to review. But I do appreciate them! My theory is "go with your gut" if it tells you to leave a comment, then I sincerely thank you. If not, I still sincerely thank you for reading, and I hope next time your gut will tell you to leave a thought. If you're an anonymous reviewer, I urge you to get an account so I can say thank you. I also can't respond to questions or concerns raised by anonymous readers, and as I like to do that privately it makes things challenging. If anyone really wants answers, a Private Message is the ONLY way to get them. Folks, I just want to add I'm open to to any and ALL constructive and polite criticism. I'm one of those people who obsessively work at improving my writing. I ruthlessly fight and strive to become better. I depend on readers not only to offer encouragement through praise, but also to tell me when I mess up, and what they DO NOT LIKE! If I ever ask anyone to "go easy" it's because that day I'm petrified so any criticism has to be like Mary Poppins famous medicine, doused with a 'spoon full of sugar' but that does not mean I'm looking for praise! Just some extra politeness. Also, I prefer that personal comments that have nothing to do with the stories be handled through the PM feature. If you want to send me a message I'm happy to recieve it, be it positive or negative. I just prefer to have them in their proper place. Now that I think about it, it's probably a good idea I write a section in here about what I'm up too. Basically my present and future plans for stories. I don't do deadlines or schedules, my life is far too complicated. But I think it will give you all a chance to know what's what so you can enjoy or avoid as you please. "Damaged Goods"(in progress) aka: "The one that is going to be incredibly long!" I've got nineteen complete chapters written but the next six that will be posted need to be carefully edited. This story will take quite a while. It's a complicated plot, a cast of characters from *both* NCIS shows, plus I've got five pairings instead of the usual two! Quite honestly, I'm probably completely insane for attempting this, but a bet is a bet! "The Favorite"(complete) aka: "OMG I ACTUALLY COMPLETED A STORY!" I'm still trying to figure out just HOW that happened. I've been writing for about twenty years now and have *never* completed anything that wasn't a poem or an essay. I'm still in shock! I'm also completely humbled by the response it got. I never thought it would be as popular as it is, and I certainly never thought it would make my mother try to leave a review for it! Unfortunately, that didn't work out for her. I did get her to cry, so I count it as my most successful work to-date. "The Date"(complete) aka: "Wave the Neric flag and wave it high and proud!" "He's Mine" (complete) a story where Deeks and Callen get into trouble and Hetty comes to the rescue! "Ice Cold" (complete)! A story for Ambrosia Rush where after Dom's death, Mike Renko takes care of his old friend and former roommate G. Callen. "Feminine Intuition"(First Chapter Posted) A present for Gina Callen who wanted a story where Hetty and Callen meet for the first time. "Made to Be Broken" (completed) They made an unwritten rule about Motorcycles! Seriously! Do you think G. and Deeks can actually follow that? I DON'T! Okay I've said it before and I'll say it again... There are not enough completed Neric fics out there! I'm confused, there is this massive drought. I figure instead of griping about it I should start helping this terrible problem! As of now "The Date" will be the first in a series of Neric stories that chronicle the major highlights of their relationship. Other entries will be... "Going Public" (not started yet) "The Fights"(not started yet) "The I Love You" (not started yet) "The Proposal"(not started yet) "The Wedding"(not started yet) "The Twins"(not started yet) Well, I've done it... I've posted a story in a completely new fandom. I thought I wouldn't, but I was wrong. If anyone's seen the 1998 film, Ever After, you might be interested. It's my attempt to blend the historical fantasy of that Cinderella tale with even more characters of history, and elements of Henri II's love story with Diane de Poitiers. I hope people enjoy it. "As the Moon Rises" (being written,) Twelfth chapter posted) Another new Fandom! How to Train Your Dragon. What is wrong with me? "From Shield Maiden to Valkyrie" (being written) Second chapter posted. New Fandom Star-Crossed Roman/Emery Drake/Taylor Julia/Eric Sophia/Lukas Well WarpGirl is back!!!! I've decided to clean up, post, and finish "May We Together" Why? I have no idea, but I'm having fun. |
