Author has written 40 stories for StarTrek: Enterprise.

I'm a 40 year old mother of 3 who's been writing fanfic since April of 2005... inspired by the rumors of series cancellation and my frustration over where the writers of Star Trek Enterprise were NOT taking the T'Pol/Tucker relationship after tantalizing us with it for over a season. In real life I'm a physician who works in the college health field, but I've been a Star Trek fan and an avid reader of science fiction MUCH longer than I've been a doctor. I've got a black belt in Shotokan karate and an incredibly patient husband. I live for the rush that I get from feedback and comments, so comment as often as you can!

March 25, 2006... Just an update. Today I posted the finale of my Virtual Season Five. Real life requires that I take a couple of months off before starting Season Six, but I do plan to continue the adventures of our favorite crew. I have some ideas about what's in store, but requests and suggestions are always welcome. Feel free to comment or to PM me if you have a story idea you'd like to see included. Thanks for reading.

August 7, 2006 I'm back in business, ladies and gents. Keep an eye peeled. Season Six starts as soon as I put the finishing touches on the first episode. Now would be a good time to re-read Season Five and inundate me with your suggestions. (Hint, hint... nudge, nudge... say no more...)

December 8, 2007 Seasons Five and Six of my Virtual Enterprise series are complete...finally. I'm now working on a new series with a co-writer, Blackn'blue. He's really talented...especially when it comes to war and intrigue and action sequences. Check out "The Lerteiran Chronicles".

December 11, 2011 We're finally done telling the tale we want to tell. Thanks for being such faithful readers. It's been a fun few years. I'm working on an original novel now-scifi but not Star Trek (playing in my own sandbox for a change : D). When my manuscript is complete and if I find a publisher (scratch that-WHEN I find a publisher-got to think positively, right?), you guys will be among the first to know. Cross your fingers!!

June 4, 2012 Just doing some housekeeping. If you have me on author alert you'll be getting lots of notifications over the next few days. I've had to delete and repost most of my stories to edit them, and evidently the software thinks I'm posting a second chapter on every story when I do that. When I'm done, all of my stories will have scene dividers where they were always supposed to be. (They didn't carry over from the original manuscripts and I was too lazy until now to go back and put them in.) Sorry for the spam, guys.

September 23, 2014 it's been a while since I updated, but I've been crazy busy! In June of this year I signed a publishing contract with Solstice publishing. My original science fiction romance novel, entitled Sikkiyn, is in formatting as we speak, and should be available in ebook on Amazon by the end of the year. Follow my author page on Facebook at Chris S. Hayes or go to my website at chrisshayes . com for the latest news about its release!!

January 4, 2015 Happy New Year! My book came out in Kindle format and trade paperback on November 26th, 2014, and I've been hopping since then. I'm headed to Comic Con in New Orleans January 9th-11th and will have signed copies for sale. Come say hi to me in Artist's Alley! : )
