Author has written 10 stories for Fruits Basket, Inuyasha, Twilight, and Jessica's Guide to Dating on the Dark Side. I guess I should update. March 15, 2008 updated I have graduated with my bachelors in Secondary Education, English (YAYAYAYAY), and I am now teaching full-time at an urban middle school in my area. I am also still attending the same college in which I graduated, and will finish my Master's Degree by June of 2008. Speaking of June 2008, I'm going to be getting married to my long-time high school sweetheart that month! Hurray! I am 23, turning 24 this coming November. I don't really drink or party, but I don't mind going to them, and I like being the designated driver; I love knowing that my friends can party and be safe at the same time. I love to read, write, and would some day like to publish a book. I enjoy running, pilates, and playing video games. I like to pretend I can sing and do that very activity often. Here's my biggest pet-peeve about the stories on this site. LOSE vs. LOOSE. Let's look into the grammatical structure of these two very similarly spelled words. Sentence 1: LOSE I tend to LOSE when I play card games. Or 3D video games. And pretty much all other games. I LOSE my car keys after I set them down. Sentence 2: LOOSE That screw is LOOSE. That doorknob is LOOSE. That vagina is LOOSE, as well as that guy's. Hey, guys can have LOOSE vaginas too. See the similarities? No? That's what I thought. I am an aspiring writer and haven't written a fanfic since Sailor Moon back in the old days (I was like, what, 15?). I write a lot of original stuff, so if you're ever interested in reading it email me and I can let you in on my secret life of writing. One of my more serious stories got published; it's about my younger brother and how I feel he is the person he is today. Apparently it's one of my better written pieces. I have come to realize that when I fix any mistakes after I've uploaded my chapter, the words that I fix tend to be mushed into the words before it. So if you see any of those, it's not because I didn't proof-read, it's because this system of fixing things is awfully goofy. My Pen Name is also my AIM screen name, so you're welcome to bug me if you would like. I created an Inuyasha C2 with all the great stories that I've stumbled across by writers that really seem to know their stuff. The story lines are fantastic, and the characters come to life on the page so nicely. Check it out if you're interested in finding some really fabulous stories, and feel free to let me know of some really good ones as well. I appreciate all and any reviews that I receive, so I thank everyone for even giving me the chance that you read it and responded to my writing. Constructive criticism is always highly appreciated as I am always looking to better my style. Thank you again for reading my stories! UPDATE: Speaking of my stories, I've found myself losing time and interest in writing and finishing those that are unfinished. I'm still reading fanfiction, as well as judging it, but I'm just unable to find myself interested in actually writing for my favorite fandoms. So even though my furuba story is apparently interesting (according to those who have reviewed), I just can't seem to summon the want to write for it any longer, especially since the manga is all ready finished. I apologize to those this news disappoints, but it may be a while before I return to write some more stories. You can find and listen to the Aqualung songs legally at http:///audio.php for anyone who is interested in hearing the two songs I posted for my 3 chapters of "Saved from Myself". |
