 Author has written 9 stories for Vampire Academy. I have been reading a lot of fanfiction and decided to write some myself. I am 29 years and am also finishing my PhD in neuro-oncology. Although I am not an English native I have had to write a lot of English papers during my studies and scientific career. My English is actually better than my Dutch, but my dutch is actually quite awful. So that isn't saying much. I had a few months of maternity leave and decided that I could write small bits at a time to make up a story. I had been playing with the idea for a while and started writing. I finish my stories first before I publish them. That way you never get an unfinished story when the writer can't or won't finish the story.
