The plane was started to fall. The pilot declared that the plane was too heavy, and that they needed to lighten the load. They threw all of their luggage off, but it was still too heavy. "Alright. All but two people need to jump off. I'm the pilot, so I have too stay on." The pilot said. The Frenchman decided that he would go. Life was being cruel too him, he lost his job, got divorced... He gave a shout before jumping off the plane. The Englishman felt so inspired by the Frenchman... So he yelled "God Save The Queen!" before jumping off as well. The Texan also felt inspired by the Frenchman... She really wanted to be sacrificial too! So she shouted, "Remember the Alamo!" and pushed the Mexican off the plane. Most people don't know that back in 1912, Hellmann's mayonnaise was manufactured in England. In fact, the Titanic was carrying 12,000 jars of the condiment scheduled for delivery in Vera Cruz, Mexico, which was to be the next port of call for the great ship after its stop in New York. This would have been the largest single shipment of mayonnaise ever delivered to Mexico. But as we know, the great ship did not make it to New York. The ship hit an iceberg and sank, and the cargo was forever lost. The people of Mexico, who were crazy about mayonnaise, and were eagerly awaiting its delivery, were disconsolate at the loss. Their anguish was so great that they declared a National Day of Mourning, which is still observed in both Mexico and Texas to this day. The National Day of Mourning occurs each year on May 5th and is known, of course, as Sinko de Mayo. When Davey Crockett and his buddies from Tennessee saw the number of enemy forces at the Alamo, they knew the end was near. Bravely, they loaded their muskets once more and prepared to give their lives for the noble cause for which they had volunteered. As the enemy forces were steps away from consuming the faithful Tennessee Volunteers, one of Crockett's crew wisely opined... "At least we won't have to travel through that God forsaken Arkansas again to get back home..." ...to which they all nodded in agreement. A Californian, a Texan, and a New Yorker, attending a convention in a little town just outside Las Vegas, were standing in a seedy bar enjoying a few drinks. Hi! My name is Cherryfeather, but you can call me Cherry! Bio: Name: Cherry! (Not really... but would I really give up my name?) Age: Not telling... Gender: female Username: Cherryfeather101. The reasoning is because Cherryfeather is my Warriors OC, and the 101 was just something I tagged along when I joined warriorcatsrpg .com Fandoms: Although I am in the HoO and Kingdom Keeper fandom, as well as Soul Eater and OHSHC, the only one I will be writing for nowadays is Hetalia. Sorry those of you who followed me because of my kingdom keepers stories, I just don't have the muse to continue them. Favorite Stories: Well, that's hard, isn't it? I guess my top five would be 1. Game of Mirrors - Patient Harmony 2. Seven Little Killers - lucky-angel135 3. Nightmare Apocalypse - ElizabethScaffie 4. Despite Our Imperfections - ImmortalxShadow 5. Broken Souls - PastaLovingIdjot And, as those are all for Hetalia, here are my top three Kingdom Keepers stories! 1. On The Run - Magic Mischief 2. Pyretic Glitch - Neon Clouds 3. Fighting for All That's Good - vanhoose And, finally, I would like to give a shoutout to four authors who have helped me in more ways then one. Magic Mischief - She is an awesome KK author who helped me get started here on this site. She encouraged me to publish my first story, and generally was the best welcome committee I've had for awhile. So, if you're looking for some KK stories, go check her out and say that Cherry sent you! PastaLovingIdjot - She was the one who led me to believe that anything is possible here, and that if I want to write something, I can write it. She also helped me with some historical facts, which helped a lot XD Her stories Broken Souls and Back to The Past are simply wonderful, and this is coming from somebody who doesn't like those main pairings! ImmortalxShadow - Once again, she helped me to believe that anything is possible. I owe her most of my confidence with my stories. Plus, her own stories inspired me beyond fanfiction, and so I owe her that as well. So, if you want some FACE family fluff, go check out Despite our Imperfections! And, if you want some comedy, Nighteen-Eighty FOOD is the fic for you! And, finally, Patient Harmony. Where do I begin? She has been so, well, patient with me and my constant requests. She also gave me some really good advice, and her stories are simply out of this world. Really. Go check them out. Right now. She is amazing. The last thing I wanted to give notice about is about me. Now, I hate to put in my personal life here, but I recently discovered that I have major depression. I don't know what the cause is, but the reason I told you guys this is to thank you. Fanfiction is my little escape from reality, and it really helps keep my depression and anxiety at bay. So, thank you guys. |
