Hi there!

I have been a ghost reader on Fanfiction for many years and only recently decided to get in on the action after I realized that I have too much free time. Although I am very good at writing essays, I really need to work on writing creatively for no other purpose than to tell a story. I am Canadian but I have recently made a move to the Land of the Rising Sun. I am an avid traveler and I love studying history and the different religions of the world. I am a very private person so I don't have much of a presence on the Internet.

The fandoms I tend to frequent depends on what has captured my imagination most recently: Harry Potter, One Piece, Batman comics (I religiously follow anything with Jason Todd), Naruto, and Young Justice.

Batman.

In the corner of a café in Gotham sit two abused vigilantes. One with a broken spine and one with a broken soul. What better way to compare scars and pick at old scabs than to do it over tea and coffee? Post-Under the Red Hood.

Started out as a character exercise for Barbara and Jason. One-shot, completed.

Breaking the Silence

It took Bruce Wayne five calls to realize what it means to be a father. He would have to decide how far he would be willing to go in order to give his son a second chance at life. He would need to figure out how desperate he was to hear his child's voice again. One-shot.

An AU take one what could have happened if the grave diggers called the police when they found Jason's grave violated. Short story, completed.

No one could predict that Aomine Daiki would become the dominating ace of Teiko Middle School's basketball club. Nor could anyone predict that the ace of the Generation of Miracles would be a girl. She once took pleasure in crushing their expectations in her climb to the top. But no one warned her how lonely it would be when she got there. Fem!Aomine.

The Curious Case of Jason Todd

The Red Hood takes a magic spell for Robin and turns into a five-year-old Jason Todd! Bruce can't help but get attached, Damian wants to kill him, Dick enjoys the children's games too much, Tim doesn't care either way, and Alfred's just along for the ride. It's just another day at Wayne Manor. Three-shot, rated for Jason's language.

Holy Happy Batfam Batman! I was so sick of these guys always being thrown in the blender, especially Jason and Bruce. Short story, completed.

My take on Season 3 (HELLO?! How can you cancel the show with that kind of season finale?). Jason Todd believes that he can save the world, but he's not sure if it deserves to be saved. Multi-chapter, unfinished. On hiatus.

When 13 year old Trafalgar Law got caught by the Marines after just escaping Doflamingo's grasp, he didn't expect to get dropped off with a group of bandits in East Blue. He also didn't expect the trio of savage children that lived in the woods. No matter, they were of no interest to him. But if only the excessive nose-picker would stop following him around.

I haven't been this excited about a character since I was 12 and crushing on Kai from Beyblade! A what-if ASL story with Law and Bepo! Multi-chapter, in progress.

I'm not sure if anyone reads these profile updates but I really need to make one thing clear. Writing fanfiction is not my job. I don't get compensated/paid for posting stories or updates. I do this because it was a nice hobby that I was happy to share with others. But this is not my main hobby or even my second hobby. I work full time and have additional learning for my work that I must do on my own time.

So when someone says to me "Why did it take you so long for this chapter?" That is really rude and obnoxious. 99% of the people on Fanfiction.net are fantastic and are super understanding that not everyone's priority is writing because there are actual people behind the story who have lives, jobs, and families that keep them occupied. But every now and then, the entitled jerks make themselves known.

So I want to thank everyone who is understanding and supportive: the people who wish me good luck on my studies or tell me they appreciate me putting aside the time to sit down and be creative so I can produce another chapter. I want to thank the people who tell me if they were moved or inspired by something I wrote because it's good to know I'm not the only one crying. I also want to thank the people who have busy lives but make the time to leave an "update soon" review because I know that you like the story and want to read more.

For everyone else who is part of the 1% of entitled jerks: I am not a machine and I don't owe you anything. I suggest that you learn to be more self-aware of how your words could impact someone.
