I love this

Really good chapter. I loved those passive-agressive interactions of Kakashi and Orochimaru. You could just feel that thick tension between them. The Oro's foreshadowing/criptic words, Kashi's distrust showed in his body movement in way he sits on chair.(which is setting the mood from the start between the two)
They know that the other one is lying through his teeth, but both of them play along.

Althought I got I little confused at implication of that paper "I know" that Orochimaru showed to Kakashi, did Orochimaru just showed him that he knows the code Kakashi is using to talk with Minato, and Orochimaru just told him "I know every message you send..."

Kakashi, Gai and Anko interactions were quite fun to watch. Anko subtle concerns-blunt complains for silver boy was heartwarming. And her low-key sarcastic mocking of them was making her really enjoyable.
Gai thought, seemed a bit inconsistent at moments. At one point he looked depressed that he lost his sensei, but moment later he is back to himself.

It was good implied why Kakashi can't tell them anything. Gai in his state of grief might have done something irrational and he is not know to be tight-lipped person. And Anko is not unbiassed to Oro, since he is her sensei.

Are Darui and C are not suppose to be around same age as Kakashi? Oh well, it's AU afterall.
I like how Kakashi has a bit more sentiment to his tanto in this story (althought it broke down a bit of easy xD)

A great story, one of my favorites! I wish you continued! Is there someone else who continued it for you?

This was a very engaging and compelling story to read. I definitely spent hours binge reading it. I like how Kakashi's speed is one of his defining strengths and how he prefers kenjutsu, although touching a little more on his ninjutsu would probably be good, since that's something he's known for in canon.
I find the Kakanko very interestingly handled. It's not something I normally ship, but you made it work really well.
it's a shame you probably won't come back to this, if only to give an update on why you suddenly stopped and give us just a bit more closure.
Still, probably one of my favorite naruto fics.

My gosh this was an awesome read! Even though theirs little chance you'll ever return this is one of if not the best Obito fanfics I've ever read! Just wish we could get a bit more closure but either way thanks for the awesome read!
