![]() Author has written 7 stories for Spyro the Dragon, How to Train Your Dragon, Star Fox, and Pokémon. I mainly focus on Science Fiction or what I like to call Logical Fantasy, a story that has fantasy elements, but told in a way that makes logical sense. because of this I honestly dislike some series like Harry Potter or Lord of the Rings, simply because magic is the reason behind everything. Is it just me or does that just seem to scream lazy writing? Wisdom can be learned from a book, while at the same time it can not. Wisdom is a combination of knowledge, insight, patience, and discipline. As such, people who are older tend to be more wise, since they have greater knowledge and experience, but also have impressive amounts of patience and discipline. Of course, not everyone who is a grown adult is instantly wise, as children are not always unwise. Children who use these wise people as role models learn and copy these traits while exploring themselves as well, these children grow up with a level head, which improves their leadership and other skills throughout life while avoiding hazards that other people fall for. Words holding wisdom can say so much in so few, their meaning simple, but also complex. “A wise leader knows when to lead, and when to follow.” What does this mean? To some people it is a true oxymoron, if a leader follows, then how is he a leader? In this case, a wise leader would be a general pulling up to the lead tank in his brigade, asking the tank commander for his opinion and suggestions, rather than sitting behind a desk looking at a map. A leader who listens to what everyone has to say, who strives to see the same problem from every angle, before acting. Wisdom is more than just being old and witty, Wisdom is not knowledge, it’s how to see and use it. Discipline and insight. Quotes "If you think serving others is beneath you, then leadership is above you." "Drama and emotions are like salt, use correctly and they can add so much detail to a story. Use too much, and you ruin the whole story." (Take notes, Shakespeare) "If you are going through Hell, keep going and slam the door on the way out." "Put any more honey in your words and you'll be giving birth to the bees." "You lizards need to learn I'm a lot scarier than you are." "I have a shotgun." "I don't need luck, I have Ammo." "The early bird gets the worm, but the second rat gets the cheese." "If everything seems normal: You missed something." "I looked at him, and I saw myself." "One has not truly lived their life until they know what they are willing to give it for" "You may say that I'm slow but I don't need to run. You do." "Don't tell me the sky's the limit when there are footprints on the MOON." "I don't respect a man who hasn't fallen a hundred times, but the man who picks himself up a hundred times." "I don't always trust a man who doesn't like a dog, but I always trust a dog who doesn't like a man." "Real heroes don't leap over a tall building in a single bound, they jump into them while they're burning!" "Which is better: To be born Good? Or to overcome one's Evil Nature through constant effort?" "Aw, Shut Up!" "Tranquility Base here, The Eagle has landed." "That's one small step for a man, one giant leap for mankind." Everything President Ronald Regan ever said Interesting Trivia The term "Whole nine yards" originated in the Pacific Theater in WWII, the ammo for fighter planes came in belts nine yards long, so going the whole nine yards meant that a pilot completely used up his ammunition. "Honeymoon" Originated from the term "Honey Month" in which the bride's father would supply the groom with enough mead to last a month. In WWI American soldiers used Crapper Brand Toilets and brought the phrase "Going to the Crapper" and the word "Crap" back to America after the war. The term "Sleep Tight" hails back to a point in time when Beds had to be tightened with ropes to keep their shape. Contrary to popular culture, Vikings did not wear horned helmets, that was done by the opera to make the costumes unique. Gorge Lucas's Inspiration for the Wookiee race was his own dog Indiana sitting in the passenger seat of his car. Wonder what else the dog inspired? The country of France was named after a type of throwing Axe. Ronald Reagan smuggled Jelly Beans onto a space shuttle as a surprise for the Astronauts. FDR had a dog named Fala who was nicknamed "The Informer" since wherever the dog went, the President wasn't far behind.
