I'm an American male, 30, living abroad in South Korea, teaching English to kids. If you had told me 5 years ago I'd be doing this, well, I'd have bought you the straight-jacket myself. Now? I wouldn't change a thing.

Favorite stuff and all that Jazz:

Music: Rock/Metal/Punk/Whatever you want to call it, and (strangely enough) Classical. Yeah. Like Beethoven, Tchaikovsky, Rachmaninoff, etc.

Favorite Bands: Avenged Sevenfold, Shinedown, Three Days Grace, Linkin Park, Breaking Benjamin, Limp Bizkit, the list goes on...

Favorite Video Games: The Halo series and Borderlands games top my list. Many others follow.

Favorite Authors: C.S. Lewis, J.R.R. Tolkien, Alistair MacLean, Terry Pratchett (R.I.P.)

Favorite Movies/TV Shows:

LOTR and The Hobbit (duh, check my authors list), Saving Private Ryan, Serenity, The Dark Knight Trilogy, just about anything made by Pixar (especially Up and The Incredibles and ignoring Finding Nemo and both Cars movies), Gravity, Deadpool, and most anything directed by Christopher Nolan.

The Mentalist, Psych, Monk, Firefly (SCREW YOU, FOX!!!), Justified, Blue Bloods, Raising Hope, Castle (heck yeah, Nathan Fillion), Game of Thrones, Sherlock, Elementary, and Doctor Who (yes, you have a serious nerd on your hands here). I rarely watch any TV anymore, however.

Favorite Anime: Last Exile and Last Exile: Fam The Silver Wing, Death Note, Cowboy Bebop, Samurai Champloo, Fullmetal Alchemist, Sekirei (surprising even myself), Darker Than Black, Steins;Gate, My Hero Academia (All Might rocks), and Mob Psycho 100. One Punch Man is too epic to rate along with the others.

Favorite other stuff: Anything Warhammer 40k. Seriously, FOR THE EMPRAH!!!!!. Or, if it's your thing, BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD!! SKULLS FOR THE SKULL THRONE!!. Hey, I'll give you one more:

Also, Red vs. Blue and pretty much anything else put out by Roosterteeth. Pretty much the best things ever...of all time.

I did in fact go to college and earn a degree. In Physics. Hey, I told you--you have a nerd on your hands. I do intend to actually do something with it...someday.

At 6'2" and 200 lbs., I'm just about the biggest physicist I've ever met.
