Another amazing chapter. It's incredible to read this story and see how much you've improved over the course of 60 chapters. Although, leaving off on a cliffhanger is akin to torture for me. I don't care when the next chapter is posted and this story is eventually finished, only that it is. This is one of the best WH40K fanfics on the Internet and it would be a shame for it to be abandoned.

This was the best chapter in the entire story, hands down. Michael's backstory...holy shit. That was heavy. You did the experiences of veterans real justice, pal. I love how naturally and believably Michael and Riiana's relationship is developing. She's so supportive and it's great. Likewise, the dynamic between Michael and his old buddies is fantastic; they're like real, breathing people even though they only appeared briefly in the story. Like, this is Games Workshop, Black Library level writing here. This whole work, zany bits and all, is officially canon to me.
A few chapters back, you asked us who our favorite character was. Well, mine is definitely Xelus. The guy is hilarious and has an acerbic wit, something I find appealing in a character.
In any case, are Michael and Riiana going to be having children of their own some day (besides Tali)? Ah, I can hear Briana's teasing now...
