I must honestly say that placing the cynical Lawful Good Commander in Carrot land is a ride I would not want to be involved in but is an idea with too much comedy potential to pass up. Also his Guarding Dark vs the One Ring is an encounter I would pass up.

Well let's see how much difference Commander Vimes shall make during the War of the Rings.
